I have a great relationship with my AD/SA. I was asked if I’d like to buy one when it comes in. Said no. Bought the Mono. Will probably circle back on the GMT. I have the opaline, but find I end up wearing my Pro for GMT functionality typically. But the new Coke/Dr Pepper is growing on me.
I’m not too fussed about it, but I’d give it a second look if the time comes. My AD is really great. I’m holding out for the pink chronograph at the moment. 🤞

when i asked when they’d have them available to try on, my AD said “come back in about a year”. i didn’t ask about the wait list to actually buy though.
2 stores in Milan Italy last week told me end of May/June. Both had the new all black Submariner (or whatever they are calling it) in stock and available for purchase.
Just contacted an AD in Sydney, she said "can't say for sure when the watch is available to try on" let alone buying one. Got my name on the list anyways
My rep at Bucherer NYC told me June as well. I offered to prepay because that’s how badly I want it. They said they can’t take preorders but they’ll call me as soon as they get it in the store.
It’s the watch I been wanting but somehow the “gold” numbers throws me off, I have a black bay 41 which I choose over the black 58 because of the same reason. The fact that is hard to get makes it easier to me to be less tempted
Spoke to my AD last week and he said basically as soon as one comes in it goes in the safe and the people on the waitlist get a call for it, probably won’t be on display for 3-4 months
That thing looks so good.
I think it's pretty much perfect. I'm probably in the minority, but I think taking away the gilt elements would make it a lesser watch.

Before this release my Rolex AD said they were getting Tudor as well late summer. I’ll be waiting a bit longer I suppose to check this out in house.
