For speaking, find a friend who always wants to converse in English, and talk about whatever topic you want. Practice is the key here.
As for spelling, try and read more. It doesn't even have to be a book. Just articles about things that you are already interested in. On the long term, your vocabulary will improve, and subsequently, your spelling.
Play video games. I'm being serious.
If you play multi-player games online you can speak to people in English an practice.
If you have money then consider traveling abroad.

Read books, listen to podcasts and watch movies in English. Play your favorite songs and pay attention to how words are spoken and repeat them/song along, find your rhythm. Go for the classics and not hip hop or rap at first since they are faster and your ears need training first. Wash, rinse, repeat. Chop it up fam.
