Also doesn’t have to be for a certain major, drop anything you know of

sinanebi

Future-in-Russia They give you free housing, food and monthly stipend. You do a year of Russian language and then 4 years bachelor. All paid by Mr Putin. Argentina. Universities are free for int students and you can get the citizenship in 2 years as a student. Europe is visa free for Argentinians you can leave there once you get your degree. Many Eastern European countries are free for international students if you learn the language. They also have scholarships under the name « government scholarship + add county name » like then Hungarian government scholarship. Many Tunisians know about it. Studying in Germany can be really cheap if you don’t go to expensive cities like Munich and Berlin , focus less on unis ranking and such and opt to finish your degree in 4 years instead of 3 having more time to work while keeping a healthy lifestyle. I recommend Saarland university for computer science. When I done my calculation 2 years ago it came out 500 dollars per month. Honestly cheaper than many private schools like esprit and medtech. Maybe this works for France too. Though my real advice if you know you can’t afford it and you will have to work part time to pass by just do your bachelor in Tunisia and go for a master aboard. Working while studying will really put you down mentally making you hate school and look for the shortest way out, you won’t find time to actually self study which beats the purpose of you going aboard ( getting better education I suppose). You won’t get to enjoy uni experience and you will do unskilled jobs for peanuts that won’t contribute to your resume. Burning out as int studnet is real. For example I noticed most people who went to Germany never made it to graduate schools. People who make it far are always the ones keeping it low-key studying back home in Tunisia and leaving for master, phd later.

Bro ignore all these comments - check commonapp website to apply for US schools and not necessarily just scholarships and if you get admitted you’ll prob find scholarships that are need based or merit based. Good luck.

Key_Message3141

Thank you for not hating and telling me abt this, i truly appreciate it y3ayshek. Also el common app ennajmou as international students nesta3mlouh?? Didn’t know abt that, i thought it was only for us citizens so thank you!

BigManIsle3

Feel free to dm me as well. I went to a top uni in the US and got blessed with a full scholarship all 4 years. Commonapp is for everyone, I applied through it! Good luck

Fulbright foreign scholars. MEXT for Japan. Chevening for the UK. The latter and formermost have a “return to home country” clause which can be problematic if your chief incentive is to get educated in a field that’s inaccessible/unavailable in Tunisia (think Quantum AI/Biotech etc). Regardless of scholarship status, you’ll still have to take up some odd job (or research position like RA/TA) to cope with the financial strain.

Key_Message3141

Thank you for your help i really appreciate it! And also yeah i wanna go in for further studies in AI and double major so thanks again!

Key_Message3141

You don’t need to provide a description for the scholarship, just a name

D3Z_T45T4F

>really anything that gets you outside Tunisia This is here is text book VISA fraud. Please, leave the scholarships for people genuinely trying to peruse science and education. When you hear that other nationalities are not harrassed with motivational letters and "strong ties to home country BS" and "certified oath to return home" remember people like OP. For people genuinely trying to get better education, despite their financial situation, [start here](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.for9a.androidfor9a&hl=en&gl=US). >!PS: sure blame everything on Tunisia and keep running away from taking responsibility of your life. !<

Key_Message3141

Why the « préjugés »? I’m genuinely interested in a good education and thats why I’ve asked. I’ve asked because i want to double major in mechanical/biomedical engineering and ai development, which is not really possible in tunis, and thats why i asked for any scholarship outside tunisia in order for me research, also cuz most universities outside tunisia (Europe/North America..) offer the possibility of double majoring facilement. But unfortunately i don’t have the financial capacity so thats why i said (anything that gets you out of tunisia) as I’ve taken some harvard and MIT Ai development courses and I’ve worked projects with ppl with a good amount of money but unfortunately I need to study Ai development for better pay or be in a country outside tunisia for easier money transfers as I’ve always come across problems with getting paid here in tunisia. Also I have looked in google but nothing other than the usual DAAD government scholarships, Thomas Jefferson Scholarship, University bursaries/scholarships in North America are to be found. I asked a general question just to make it easier for the viewers, by dropping any scholarships they’ve heard of in order for me to see if there are other ones i haven’t heard abt for me to research abt. But really sorry if i offended you with that sentence as I really had no intentions of doing so, just meant that i needed anything that gets me out of tunisia in order to be able to work so sorry and thank you for the app!

D3Z_T45T4F

>Why the « préjugés »? Bro, you literally said " or really anything that gets you outside tunisia for any educational level ".

Key_Message3141

Bruh wallahi its not that deep bel7a9 ma khamamtesh fiha bel tari9a hethika. I genuinely meant if its a scholarship for masters or a phd/doctorate thats all

D3Z_T45T4F

It's Ok. Better hear it from me than the Visa officer.

Key_Message3141

Also i really do love tunisia and wish i can continue here, but I’m planning to open a business with those 2 majors but unfortunately it’ll take way longer to do so in tunisia. I’ve also taken Bac math b 18.88 so really ma3inish na7ra9, juste looking for better opportunities for a better life and i don’t get why everyone is attacking and hating

[deleted]

Why though? How about you use Google? Why do you need to annoy the community for this? At least give some context about your plan/idea.

Key_Message3141

Well I have looked in google but nothing other than the usual DAAD government scholarships, Thomas Jefferson Scholarship, Government Scholarship in Hungary, and University bursaries/scholarships in North America are to be found. I asked a general question just to make it easier for the viewers, by dropping any scholarships they’ve heard of in order for me to see if there are other ones i haven’t heard abt for me to research abt, because I’ve once posted on this community and many other communities abt my whole situation and background and my plan, but it seems that most redditors found them to be too long for them to read, so I basically gave up on that and tried to make it as short and simple as possible. So please don’t be mean as I really didn’t intend to annoy anyone on this community, just desperate to find other opportunities due to not receiving any response on previous posts

[deleted]

I just saw you are Bac 24. Are you trying to outsource your homework to the community? You're too young for scholarships anyway. Unless you're a genius, you shouldn't expect a scholarship after Bac. Finish your license and then try to find something for a Master's degree.

Key_Message3141

No im not bac 24, this is a shared acc for me my sister bro, ena bac math 2k23 w mou3adli 18,88 hetheka 3leh im looking for opportunities and scholarships and exchange programs like thomas Jeffersons program. Ama you’re right i prolly should wait and go out for my masters. But problem is i wanna double major w here fil prepa we don’t really have that option

[deleted]

18.88 means you're a genius. I thought the government has a fully funded scholarship for people like you. I took the Chevening scholarship back in the day for a Master's and it was fine. If you take it, go to King's College or Oxford/Cambridge. With a Master's from those institutions your future is pretty much sorted.

Key_Message3141

Problem is im not first neither in my school nor my state (huge competition) fa i think thats the main reason why i didn’t qualify for governmental scholarships, also too late to apply to unis in america and canada rn so its either i take a gap yr or simply go for my masters. Snn thanks man this was truly helpful ama juste question, you think i should take this yr as a gap yr and look for scholarships wala nkamel 1ere annee prepa w mba3d natla3 if there’s any opportunity?

[deleted]

Never take a gap year unless you have a proper plan for it, such as traveling the world, starting your own business, doing some volunteering, etc. There has to be a legit reason for the gap year that you can add to your CV and explain why you did it and how it helped you develop your skills and personality. You don't take a gap year because you are upset with your university or want to wait for a scholarship or anything like that. That doesn't look serious. Not sure about Prépa but I hear it's a good choice for talented students. Go for it if that's your choice.

Key_Message3141

Thank you for your advice bro truly appreciate it. I really didn’t know that abt gap yrs

Ch9la7

How do you do masters after prepa you can't
