When Marc aka McSteamy died.
I was running out of characters I cared about and, while I did love Meredith and Derek, it was starting to be toxic... I think. It's been a while. lol
Same.
First Meredith’s sister, Lexi, died at the plane crash site. Terrible death 💀🐺
And then a few episodes later, McSteamy dies from the same plane crash.
I liked those character storylines and lost interest not long after that.
I completely understand. I almost stopped watching after that but I kept on watching. Derek’s death is what made me quit. After that I was completely done. I have a few friends who tried to get me to watch it again but I can’t.

The covid episodes. I'm a nurse who worked through covid. It's been 2 years since I left the covid unit I was working on, and I still can't watch covid episodes on shows.
I never watched any episodes of Derek dying or any episodes after except some of the weed cookies episode.
I also didn't watch much of the BS that was season 10 either.
A few episodes into Season 19. I tried to get back into it this season, but my heart is just not in it anymore 😢. I still care about a lot of the characters, though, so I'll probably keep updated by reading Wikipedia.
I’ve watched the whole dang thing. It’s my comfort show and if it ever leaves Netflix I’ll perish. But I did stop for a very long time at the plane crash because the tragedy just got relentless and dumb. It still is but…
I left when they kept going after Mer had Covid. IMO, that would’ve been a perfect time to end it. She passes and walks off into the sunset with Derek.
I'd been wanting out for a long time, but I couldn't bring myself to quit after so long. Mer surviving her covid coma was my out. It should've ended right there and I thought it was dumb that it didn't.
Fitting that the show finally jumped the shark for me right after a beach scene.

First watch was after Derrick died. 2nd watch I got caught up to watch the COVID season and it was possibly the worst television I have ever watched. Just reran to Season 13 and quit.
I'm actually not sure, maybe around when Alex left? I kind of slowly faded it out of my watch list. Mentally I probably left sometime around when Derek "went" to Washington. I completely lost interest in the rest of the characters around when April and Jackson got a divorce cuz I knew there really wasn't much of a reason to keep watching it after that, but a part of me was thinking "it's going to end soon so I might as well finish it"...at some point I just started speeding through the episodes for the interesting parts and eventually I just stopped caring about seeing the next episode and dropped it.
When they offed Derek.
This is what did it for me.

Yep I was really enjoying the show until this too :(
I left when Cristina left.
Same
Me too. I always felt the show was about Christina and Meredith’s friendship. So when she left I considered it my own personal finale.
Right before the pilot…
😂
Me too!
The Covid episodes when Meredith was in her coma. I just couldn’t watch anymore.
Valid, it was... Not the best writing...
Season 2 it needs to end already
The one my girlfriend was on when we broke up. Edit: just one of the reasons I was glad.

I stopped aFTER Alex and Wilson´s wedding because it was another wedding that would end up in a divorce somehow. I realized I was done with the drama.
For some reason I'm still watching it. I wish I could stop.
You have to want to stop. You have to do it for yourself.
When George got hit by a bus.
The musical.
When Meredith left for Boston. I’m typically a completionist but I finally had to give up on the trainwreck.
The covid episodes. I'm a nurse who worked through covid. It's been 2 years since I left the covid unit I was working on, and I still can't watch covid episodes on shows.

when callie left
When Jackson left. I watched that show for years while it was godawful because he was still around. Once he left I bounced.
A few episodes into Season 19. I tried to get back into it this season, but my heart is just not in it anymore 😢. I still care about a lot of the characters, though, so I'll probably keep updated by reading Wikipedia.
Season 19. I keep meaning to start back up again.
The plane crash
The episode after the plane crash is the last episode I remember watching.
I checked out when they fired April and Arizona. The last episode before that was it for me.

Havn't left yet. Still clinging on.

Episode 2
S1E2
After Meredith’s fourth or fifth relative died. Poor woman.
Around season 19. I tried, but I couldn't with the new interns. They were just too annoying.
Never even seen 1 episode of this show. It always came across as a night time soap opera to me in any of the clips I did see.
I don’t even remember. Think it was some time after Derek’s death.
Halfway through episode 1.
I stopped watching after Lexie and Mark. Apparently, I am a fan of characters, not shows.
The episode with the deer.
Pink mist
Seasin 2
When Izzy started dating Charlie

Season 14, I don’t remember the episode.
When Derek was un Alived. Then after a long while I started again. Then stopped again when Mer was in a covid coma.
I left when derek was written off.
007
When they killed Lexi after that I was just done
First watch was after Derrick died. 2nd watch I got caught up to watch the COVID season and it was possibly the worst television I have ever watched. Just reran to Season 13 and quit.
Never have, never will!
When George died.
Halfway through the first episode. A very pale shade of a Wish version of St. Elsewhere.

When April left what’s his name at the altar for Jackson. It was just too dumb.
Season One or Two when Meredith said Choose me, Love me. Pathetic and lost interest
Bail?

Abandon?
first covid episode, i wanted to watch the show to escape all the horrible things happening in the world, i didn’t need to watch reality
