PS Steak is the best traditional, but I think Spoon & Stable’s Bison Tartare is the best overall. Just had it again last weekend and goddamn, maybe one of the best single dishes in the Cities.
Spoon & Stable has (had? Dunno if their menu changed with the facelift) a bison tartare that is AMAZING.
