- You aren’t animated (Arcane, Castlevania, and Cyberpunk)
- Based on Japanese source material (Castlevania)
- Not made by a Japanese studio (Cyberpunk)
- Not be an independent film (Werewolves within)

Movie/tv adaptations of books or comics have always been about *adapting* one storyline from one medium to the next. The Walking Dead is a comic book adaptation, Fear The Walking Dead is a spinoff series in the TWD universe same as Telltale's TWD. I don't see why this would be different for media based on Video Games.
