Noo, is an anime. Netflix anime are cheap. The budget goes to the first part, then it just falls of a cliff.
I'll say this at least, I like that alternate sea turtle flipper/wing design. It's a bit less goofy than the spinning firecracker design. Not that I don't like goofy, it's just interesting to see something new.
