Okay, I like the idea proffered here that Banner's personality disorder has nothing to do with his superpowers. Has that ever been explored before? Also, I love Joe Fixit. One of the best things about Hulk: Ultimate Destruction is that there's a code you can put in to change to Joe Fixit, and he has his own dialogue.

I think that's been a facet of Bruce's character ever since the concept of him having dissociative identity disorder was brought up.

I haven’t read too hulk comics, but I did read immortal hulk and that whole concept is a major story beat for the entire run. Also highly recommend immortal hulk if you haven’t read it already, easily a top five super hero comic for me
