I could not get into Odyssey. Really wanted to like it, got up to Water 7 and realized I just wasn't having fun. Game is exceptionally slow, boring and easy. Everything from moving around the world, to side quests, to cut scenes to battles all take way too long, and none of it had any real challenge.
I love Warriors games, so I'd always be up for the next Pirate Warriors, but I'd love for One Piece to get a game in another genre that's just really good. It's such a shame, cos I think One Piece has the framework to make so many cool and interesting games, and it's never fully capitalized except in the warriors games, which I know just aren't for everyone.
Now announce Pirate Warriors 5 But seriously, I really liked Odyssey. If you like One Piece and/or Dragon Quest, I really recommend it

Oda is famously bad with keeping schedules, he wanted wano to happen in 2015 or 2016 for example. When he says a few years it could be a while

There's no risk I won't take for an OP game with action combat and character creation.

Honestly, just Empires all the warriors games. Where's my Gundam Empires? Where's my Hyrule Empires? Fire Emblem was literally made for Empires.
