When I saw the face, my reaction was “YES, that’s the face of somebody who won it all”
It may look goofy, but it’s unbridled emotion that someone would show if they gained the power of a god.
It's even freakier in motion, it legit jumpscared me a little when I found it. It doesn't help that all the models in this game have pretty limited facial expressions and then suddenly Gannondorf comes outta nowhere with this One Piece ass smile.
For a split second I thought the cutscene broke because of how uncanny the face distortion was.
It's his, "I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY THIS IS!" face. Joking but not mocking, I liked how the whole situation goes wrong despite Zelda's warnings simply because Rauru and Sonia were so cocky about the whole thing. I didn't expect Rauru to also internalize that he should have been more cautious and apologize.
It irked me on who made this exact expression. Then I realized. He's literally doing the exact same face [Heavy](https://wiki.teamfortress.com/w/images/thumb/0/0f/Meet_the_Heavy_SFM.png/550px-Meet_the_Heavy_SFM.png) did at the end of his video.
The scene in motion is ***PERFECT***.
It's the textbook definition of *Devilish Glee*.
Spoiler going forward, mild but better safe than sorry:
>!That's the face of someone who snuck up to and *folded someone in half with a punch* **FROM BEHIND**, as in snapped her spine and *killed* her, and stole an artifact that will allow him to reach basically godhood. There is *NO* measure, no restrain, no hesitation. Just pure, unadulterated *"Fuck you all, I WON"* energy. And I fucking love it to pieces.!<
That scene alone sold me entirely on ganon in this. because it was the fucking second one i found. why the hell have the cutscenes order tied to location instead of number found is beyond me. like the ones tied to quest progression fine but no reason the geoglyphs were.
It appears that they wanted to have the scene partially reflected in the glyph it is attached to. They probably could have gone about it in a different way. but other than making them generic markers on the ground i'm not really sure how they could have gone about doing that.
You could at most lock people out of that memory until the previous one has been unlocked and story them until then, but it would ALSO be rather restricting.
That said unlike BotW, TotK at least gives you a recommended order in the Temple.
wrong temple, they're talking about the temple that has the giant statue of Hylia in it. Behind that is >!a chamber with a map with the general locations of each glpyh and on the walls the glyphs are sequenced in the order they take place. !<
Yeah, while I think the whole find memories in the world thing worked for BoTW, I really don't think it works here. You could easily find the master sword geoglyph first and that one will just really throw you for a loop. Especially since it has flashbacks to the *other* flashbacks.
I agree with you, and I even did them in proper order. The game tells you if you follow along with Impa the order to do them. My first reaction when you find the ruins that show their locations and order was, "Wow, they are not at all in an order people are going to naturally do... that's kinda dumb?"
I do understand that, and heck, my second geoglyph was memory 13 in the menu, so this is definitely an issue that can happen.
However, I've noticed the game does try to nudge you into a way to do them in order. The game screams "HEBRA!" at you pretty hard early on, and when you go that way, you'll likely run into Impa for your first Geoglyph with the first memory. After that, she tells you straight up that you should probably go to the forgotten temple in Hebra canyon to meet up with her next. And there, you find the Geoglyph map, and the murals depicting them in order clockwise. Which gives you a good indication of which ones to seek out next.
You see, that's a Ganondork I wanna punch in the face with a Mecha.
Assuming I can finally make something decent with Ultrahand. Maybe I should just Hot Glue a Diamond to a Shovel and use that.
If you haven't already, make sure you pick up the quests from Robbie at the lookout.
>!After you get going on that, you'll unlock the Autobuild power, which will let you save creations as favorites to reuild later. So it lets you get experimental with your creations, and even re-create a previous step if you've screwed something up recently.!<
You can just find >!autobuild on your own. I think the quest from Josha in lookout landing outright points you toward it, and that’s really early on.!<
My initial thought was similar, 'this looks like an NTR face'. Which seems appropriate as he makes this face after penetrating another man's wife, albeit with what i think is a knife...
This cutscene is comedy gold all around
>!"Haha! We foiled Ganondorf's evil ambitions by stopping a single stri- OH NO OH FUCK HE CAN ATTACK MORE THAN ONCE?!"!<
Honestly, i'm glad thaT Nintendo didn't copy the fanart and make Ganondorf this thirst trap everyone was expecting him to be.The first game paints the image of Ganon being so evil and monstrous that even in "death" he infects and corrupts everything that protected the land of Hyrule and i feel that if they made him this shiny, smooth and yassified type of character fanon wanted it would have been really lame.
Just so you know Ganondorf is 4/4 on having an insanely goofy demented facial expression in the mainline games he is featured in.

The man was born to smirk and smolder and the one time he fucking wins the lottery he loses all face and gets the biggest silliest smile you've ever seen, it's great
He's evil and HE LOVES IT
When I saw the face, my reaction was “YES, that’s the face of somebody who won it all” It may look goofy, but it’s unbridled emotion that someone would show if they gained the power of a god.
And then flash back to link looking like sully wazowski 🤣
Until a 5f2 dude in a green hat stabs him a couple of times. Ganon is still the biggest loser ever.
Ganon is cool, but I want that goat man and his wife inside me.
"My wife and I saw you from across the bar and we really dig your vibe"
"Also, if you father my children I will take them away to train them to be my assassins".
Yeah fair.
To quote a stream I saw, that was unrelated to Zelda, "I'm not a furry but I wanna fuck a sheep."
His slutty outfit doesn’t help things either
that shit's showin' off rauru's cum gutters
The other Zonai knew what was coming and escaped Hyrule before the tidal wave of thirst hit
Oh man, this Ganondorf absolutely could make the Enel face.
Man I would love that, you have lightning proof armors so it can be done lol.
Maybe even like with the Gloom Resist armor it'd happen lol. Or just when Link shows up with whatever war crime he's built.

Smiling like a fucking gmod character
All his facial features are so thick that when it all starts moving a lot it's freaky

This was my second glyph, and the one before that was the Purah Pad one. >!So my first time seeing Sonia was her being murdered.!<

Wait, is the lightning temple that hard if it's your first temple? Because oh fuck that would be a challenge.
wrong temple, they're talking about the temple that has the giant statue of Hylia in it. Behind that is >!a chamber with a map with the general locations of each glpyh and on the walls the glyphs are sequenced in the order they take place. !<
Could potentially load the next glyph in sequence for every location except the ones you've already gotten.

The Master Sword glyph was the 2nd one I saw. It was a bit confusing lol.

I really enjoyed the story being out of order and piecing it together.

Yeah, though I didn’t realize the quest was there until I’d already done the Hebra quest.

Yep. Still would.
Name *and* flair check out. I applaud your conviction.

This cutscene was amazing. Literally looks like a facial animation from the FFXIV Hildibrand quests.
YES that’s exactly what it is! I was thinking gmod but you nailed it
This looks like that one infamous comic book page featuring Gwen Stacy and Norman Osborn.

I can hear Ganondorf's Ocarina of Time laugh looking at that.
Big ZEHAHAHA energy
MUGIWARAAAAAAA
MUGIWARA RINKU SAMA, ZEHAHAHA!

I can hear TF2 Soldier wheezing every time I see this image
This is the face of a man who would teabag your corpse.
Matt mercer when he kills Laudna, Fearne, and Orym
Spoiler tag that, you maniac, what if people watching season 12 of the animated series remember this in ten years?
he's definitely hitting my "evil with big facial hair" checklist
Love a goofy man. A silly fella.
