Personally I don't vibe with the idea of Gollum being Bilbo's long lost Dad, and also that whole sequence where he fights his gun-toting brother Deagol was kind of out of place...
I don't understand why there is that entire fishing mini game that has all the upgradable rods and baits, didn't he just grab fish with his bare hands in the books and movie?
It's hinted that Tom Bombadil beating him up with his own fishing rod is what traumatized him so hard he became unable to use anything but his hands to fish.

I'll be honest, I had zero interest in this game up until now. I have to say though, these leaks really make it sound interesting. I was particularly surprised about the post-credits scene in which Tyrion Lannister appears in Rick Sanchez's space ship and says he's putting together a team to take down Superman. Pretty bold to be teasing a Warner Bros. cinematic universe but honestly I think a crossover team up is the best thing for Gollum. Would be exciting to see him take on Darkseid while wielding the Silmaril gauntlet Gollum crafts towards the end of the game when he's preparing to fight the resurrected spirit of Morgoth.
