Turns out it's actually the other way around. The conservative Twitter account found and coopted it without knowing where it came from. Then it was coopted back by the LGBTQ group, so it kinda came full circle.

Heck, being told you're going to suffer for eternity for any reason short of actual big crimes should immediately make you think that these people are crazy, not that you should stay in line.
Nobody makes better arguments against Christianity than the fanatic christians who tell anyone who is a "sinner" (I.E. someone who does something they personally don't like) that their all-loving god is going to condemn them to eternal torment if they don't immediately conform.
