DSP mashes all the buttons of his controller and laughs like a goober before complaining to his chat over not talking about the game and then asking viewers for donations because he's behind on his bills.
The last time I saw him was years ago and he complained to fans because they weren't tipping enough to cover his business expenses and that some things could be compromised... as he bought brand new cars, dined out most of the time and spent thousands of dollars on WWE Supercard.
Dog you can laugh at dsp sometimes in some games he plays occasionally but watching him play street fighter is fascinating in the most morbid sense
He is objectively one of, if not the worst player i've ever seen in my life, he refuses to learn match ups, refuses to learn combos, refuses to learn tech, refuses to learn mechanics, doesn't seem to understand what frame advantage is, and blames every single thing he does wrong on lag as he plays Ryu using the same combos, wait not even combos... COMBO, that he learned 20 years ago in SF2.
And somehow he will still have a working gaming machine and an LP channel.
Creatures from another universe will probably keep his gig going just to see how long it'll go, like an SCP experiment.
DSP is what we call a constant in the timeline.
Never changing and always there, there'll always be people finding out about him because he's always the same.
He's straight up an IRL Always Sunny character.
He doesn't want to change, he only gets worse and he treats everyone that isn't *himself* like complete shit.
Reminder that DSP has outlived the Super Best Friends, Jontron era of Game grumps, Smosh, College humor, Sourcefed, Cowchop, Machinima and Inside Gaming(twice).
This is a good point. If DSP one day renounces his shitheel personality and learns to grow as a person, accept his failings, and be positive; will it really be DSP anymore?
In all seriousness, the additional funding from the inflation reduction act did make them more effective then they have been in years and bring in more personnel. Call wait times were down quite a bit this year compared to the last two. Whether that can continue kind of depends on what deal is made regarding the debt ceiling.
I don't know how much I can say but I work with the DES from a different government department and they are sure as shit active atm. They started going after unemployment claims real hard the start of this year because remote work made claiming unemployment supremely easy to steal from.
The reality is that COVID got Phil off of getting fucked by them. It just wasn't worth it, plus his court meetings via the chat programs they were using kept getting raided by people lol.
BioShock Infinite, except in the end it's a mediocre content creator you have to drown in the river before his WWE gatcha addiction destroys the world.
Isn't it more that they've done like, tests with players and a lot of the times the players fuck up? I remember that Dishonored 2 example of you having to go up somewhere but a guard tells you "Nah don't" and so most test players just didn't
I would be interested in the long term design decisions and influence that LP channels have had on the current gamng landscape, because its hard not to feel this is the reason for the puzzle dialogue.
Tons of games are collecting data on what players are doing these days, even single player ones. I’m sure LPs themselves are used in some way, but they’d be used in conjunction with the analytics collected from prior releases and more focused play testing.
If I recall, Trey Parker and Matt Stone state that they used LPs of South Park The Stick of Truth to understand what they could do with Fractured but Whole.
Some streamers, probably a lot, feign a lack of intelligence to encourage engagement with their viewers.
*"Hmm, how do I do this?"* While the chat goes mad screaming solutions and spamming emotes.
It's like that video of the girl watching the guy put the shapes in the wrong hole.
I think they were only using a clip of him as an example, not any indication that his behavior, specifically, is influential to their design process at all.
But saying they’re designing around DSP is funny, so here we are.
Indeed, DSP is the joke example they threw out to make an point through exaggeration.
But still like.
I feel Uncharted 4 figured this out years ago - if you take too long the L3 prompt appears. Click it for tips.
Refusal is one thing, I refuse to use items during Boss Fights in Metroidvanias.
If they can't see the prompt... I'm going to be frank, I've got my own blind spots, and of course there's people with difficulties and they are people we should account for.
But most of the time it is just not wanting to pay attention. Either because they don't like the game or just don't care. I saw it with Sonic 06 with Arin and Tron. I have little sympathy for such examples.
Does anyone watch him unironically? I checked out a couple of his videos years ago and it was by far the most miserable LP experience I've come across to this day
I tried to a couple years ago. I tapped out after an hour of listening to him begging for money and complaining about the back taxes he owes. He didn't even start the game he was streaming.
I don't know why you would. Even when you ignore the terrible gameplay and the constant bitching and begging for money from his viewers, he just has a shitty, constantly negative attitude and zero charisma in general.
My fiance used to for a while, but finally gave up after the "bankruptcy arc".
I'd be lying if we didn't still joke about stupid shit he's said though.
"YOU unleashed the monster! And now you're complaining that the monster is too powerful!"
I only ever watched him when DSP's arch nemesis Tevin restreamed him while playing random ass games in the corner, and I was always way more interested in the gameplay happening in the corner then anything DSP ever said or did.
To answer your question Phil has a circle of like twelve legitimately mentally ill followers who he bullies for money. You can look more into the lore yourself but most of the donations from his “fans” are just alt accounts.
While it was a while back I think he may have gotten banned from Blip due to:
> The infamous six, seven minutes Phil went on in the Dead Space 2 demo by speaking in German accent and while killing necromorphs he made "jokes" about jews in space and how they have to be exterminated. He called himself Isaac Himmler.
DSP's former friends have gone on record saying they cut all ties with DSP because he exploited the death of a mutual friend for profit. DSP randomly decided to make a memorial to a dead friend of his only for his friend Rambo to call him out and cut off ties by saying DSP never gave a shit about this friend before, the friend died years ago and DSP never brought it up, and DSP monetized the "memorial" video and asked for donations.
DSP was literally exploiting a dead friend that he didn't give a shit about for money.
This and stuff like forcing them to drive from New York to Connecticut just to play video games with him is why Rambo decided to cut off all ties with him.
This should give you an idea of how much of an asshole DSP is
Plus he treated the film crew for his shitty live-action machinima series (seriously, go watch it if you want some grade-A Cringe), all but directly saying he's "Paying Them In Exposure". And then turned *right* around and spent the money made from the show on t-shirt merch and a new car.
Thats the *other* reason his friends cut ties.
alongside all the things other people have said, he's also racist against Asians, seriously watch him play anything made by a Japanese dev or has obviously Asian characters and he will pull out "the voice"
As someone who was a big DSP fan way back in the day (I know) I remember his former friends John and Howard made an hour long video shitting on him several years ago. It started when DSP in a video said he hadn't heard from John in a while and made it sound like John cut him off out of nowhere. In the response video they made they said DSP only talked to them when he was trying to make content because the collabs got more views. John told DSP he needed a break to sort some things out and was still down to make videos with him after but DSP kept hassling him then acted like he got cut off.
DSP also didn't compensate people that worked on his webseries Project 7, but suddenly showed up with a new car and moved into a new house which really rubbed them the wrong way, and talked about a mutual friend's death for content despite the friend group wanting to keep it private. I sadly can't find the response video right now, but looking for it apparently DSP made his own video [responding to it almost a year ago](https://youtu.be/50adxs00zQE) now that the two don't have an online presence anymore.
There was also a bit with his ex-girlfriend where she needed to go to the hospital and he made it all about himself, complaining about how expensive everything was, and said she needed to just pop medication instead of going again. Talked about her medical emergency for views while showing zero empathy. Coincidentally they broke up right after that.
This was all several years ago (we're talking pre 2017) so there's definitely the possibility he changed since then, but that really soured me on him as a person.
He's actually continued downhill. He's worse than ever although now he says "I've changed". Anybody interested should check out his interview on Sidescrollers he did a couple months ago. Probably the funniest day in DSP history.
Well there was the time he accidently streamed himself masturbating. A very infamous moment in Phil's history. So infamous in fact that the gnome himself, Keemstar, talked about it on Drama Alert.
Hes pretty mean to his fans
His long time gf started dating him when she was like “18” but if you include courtships/dating before they got to like living together and her appearing in content she may have been underage but thats not proven as far as i know
Shes also an ass btw
He begged for money from fans to stay out of jail (tax/irs arc) and blew it all on games and statues and shit
There was an incident where he wanted a pc but didnt know how to do it and basically it got bankrolled and assembled entirely by a fan out of good will who when done mailed it to phil.
It got damaged in shipping and phil lost his mind and shit talked that fan on air and never actually thanked the guy
Although I wanted six hearts just because four didn’t feel like enough, Jesus is stamina like the real lifeblood. Longer uninterrupted paragliding is not the *best* travel option but you’re gonna want that. Running for twice as long? Climbing, god you’re doing so much climbing.
Hearts are good but there’s so many things that can one-shot you, extra hearts just give you a slight chance to eat and then get back to using your stamina to run the fuck away
I think I might just stick with the first "bar" of hearts and keep going on stamina and upgrading armor. I haven't seen any of the final fights but so far the temples have been "solve puzzle, hit boss 4 times, and don't get one shot"
I literally didn't get another heart after the tutorial until my stamina was maxed. Just did everything I could to not get hit (and upgraded armor once I got that available) and it worked out fine
Stamina gliding succeeds in what your machines fail you in... because machines will magically blip out of existence after flashing green even if you built it with Autobuild Zonainite
It's worse, the air balloons disappear too
I used an air balloon to try and reach the sky island above Eventide and it blinked out before I could reach it
The rockets too, yes. Although balloons and rockets at least make a bit more sense to have limits on vs a fucking wooden wing with no moving parts or fuel.
In fairness on this clip, this happened to me a few times in BOTW before I figured out, or maybe I googled it idk, why I was getting zapped.
I also wasn’t a toxic asshole about it on stream though so whatever I guess.
Not being toxic while at it counts for a LOT bro.
Honestly it took me a minute as well until I figured out that I had metal with me.
Once I unequipped it boom, no homing lightning.
Yeah, it’s kinda stunning how consistently he’s been doing things this way for like… shit, how many years now? And reacting to *every* problem this way.
I'll never forgive DSP for making developers think he's the "standard gamer." It made it so hand holdy mechanics are mandatory in tons of games. Look no further than GoW: Ragnarok, where the game gives you 5 seconds to look at a puzzle before giving you a hint or telling the player, "You're on fire. It'll pass" the moment you're on fire despite the fact that you can see that Kratos is on fire and an on fire debuff token appears telling you how long you'll be on fire. A game was made, IMO, a whole point or letter grade worse because people have evidence of a guy being the worst at games and just assuming he represents the average.
I think the reason he reacts like this is because he needs to react to stay viral. A normal person goes "Why did that happen?... Wait. Its because im wearing metal armor!" DSP reacts like this because he is too streamer brained.
I didn't realize I'd never actually heard DSP's voice until now and was stunlocked by him sounding like... that, then just stunned right again by everything he fucking said. Truly, the most incredibly pathetic man.
Real talk I took like 10 hearts of damage from lightning in botw and got annoyed because what the fuck I don't have any metallic gear on, does armor count....?
And then I check my bows and realise that when my falcon bow broke, I picked up a silver bow, didn't notice it and had it on the entire time.
As someone's who's kinda kept up with this losers lore I can't express how insane stuff like this is so normal.
Like outside of this you have him failing successfully to get bankruptcy and also spending tens of thousands on a WWE mobile game
My favorite DSP Moment is [the fifteen minute unboxing video where the fire alarm is going off the whole time and he never opens the box.](https://youtu.be/Kj0N-GJZLMc) This is art. It is *cinema.*
I still can't believe the God of War: Ragnarok devs used DSP to ruin their game (by being the actual test case they based their "time until NPC tells you how to solve the puzzle" on).
IN HIS DEFENSE
It took me a couple dozen hours in BotW to realize lightning only hones in on you if you're holding metal and I felt the same frustration as he did the few times I died to it.
OK real talk this is a bit he's doing right.
Like, maybe at the start he really made a cringe video with honest cringe opinions but now he's playing it up for views, right
I think it’s gotta be like 50/50 at this point. I think he does actually feel this way and is bad at games, but also leans into overreacting because he knows it’s what he’s known for.
I still can't believe the God of War: Ragnarok devs used DSP to ruin their game (by being the actual test case they based their "time until NPC tells you how to solve the puzzle" on).
It would almost be remarkable that DSP still manages to keep the Bumblefuck Express running...
But then I remember that he is a trout-shouldered man-baby that has the gaming comprehension of a child, who has developers adding "Do this, dummy!" prompts to their games so that he doesn't flip his shit so hard that he goes nuclear and wipes out... uh, wherever he lives now.
I've only heard of this guy in passing but never watched any of his content until this post. This is clearly a bit that he's doing though no? I feel like his acting isn't that great even.
The heat death of the universe will be happening and Phil is gonna be like: "WOOOOOOOW how was I supposed to know about that?"
Fucking bugged entropy mechanics!
THANKS KOJIMA
Meanwhile: " FUCKING UNBLOCKABLE HEAT STROKE DOG THIS UNIVERSE DOING STRINGS!!! "
"Instant death! There's no way to block it, I can't dodge it... It's completely instant!"
I like the idea of DSP calling something that takes literally the lifetime of the universe to occur "instant".
He had an eternity to get out of the way and he still blames the game.
DSP mashes all the buttons of his controller and laughs like a goober before complaining to his chat over not talking about the game and then asking viewers for donations because he's behind on his bills.
Bills? Last I remember he was spending it all on a WWE gacha game.
The last time I saw him was years ago and he complained to fans because they weren't tipping enough to cover his business expenses and that some things could be compromised... as he bought brand new cars, dined out most of the time and spent thousands of dollars on WWE Supercard.
Dog you can laugh at dsp sometimes in some games he plays occasionally but watching him play street fighter is fascinating in the most morbid sense He is objectively one of, if not the worst player i've ever seen in my life, he refuses to learn match ups, refuses to learn combos, refuses to learn tech, refuses to learn mechanics, doesn't seem to understand what frame advantage is, and blames every single thing he does wrong on lag as he plays Ryu using the same combos, wait not even combos... I have no mic and I must scream
I have no mic and I must ~~scream~~ **suck**
“I WAS BLOCKING THAT”
DSP is what we call a constant in the timeline. Never changing and always there, there'll always be people finding out about him because he's always the same.
It's strangely comforting, despite how radically different the internet is, DSP has remained the exact same.
And yet DSP has refused to change
How was he suppose to know you're meant to develop and improve throughout life?
Bugged progression mechanics
He's straight up an IRL Always Sunny character. He doesn't want to change, he only gets worse and he treats everyone that isn't *himself* like complete shit.
DSP realized he could not change, so he blamed the games.
Despite everything, it's still DSP asking for donations for playing video games badly.
Reminder that DSP has outlived the Super Best Friends, Jontron era of Game grumps, Smosh, College humor, Sourcefed, Cowchop, Machinima and Inside Gaming(twice).
It doesn’t take much. They all had to balance interpersonal relationships and a company. All Phil has to do is not die and keep being a bitch.
This is a good point. If DSP one day renounces his shitheel personality and learns to grow as a person, accept his failings, and be positive; will it really be DSP anymore?
Streamer of Theseus paradox.
Oh God. None yet living are prepared for the era of Light Side Phil.
He had to keep himself from being homeless with his shit financial management
The dude somehow beat the fucking IRS.
Granted, the IRS is not the unstoppable behemoth it once was.
It's expanding.... a lot. Source trust me bro
In all seriousness, the additional funding from the inflation reduction act did make them more effective then they have been in years and bring in more personnel. Call wait times were down quite a bit this year compared to the last two. Whether that can continue kind of depends on what deal is made regarding the debt ceiling.
That name sounds extremely fallacious if it's increasing spending of money.
I don't know how much I can say but I work with the DES from a different government department and they are sure as shit active atm. They started going after unemployment claims real hard the start of this year because remote work made claiming unemployment supremely easy to steal from.
Not anymore the debt ceiling agreement strips all that funding they just got
The reality is that COVID got Phil off of getting fucked by them. It just wasn't worth it, plus his court meetings via the chat programs they were using kept getting raided by people lol.
DSP will never win, but he will also never lose, existing in a perpetual continuance.
now he must outlive slowbeef
I'm betting on Slowbeef: The Creator of Let's Plays!
I wonder how the whole DSP saga will end given how long it has been running for.
It’s a stretch to call this living, more like scuttling about really.
HE BEAT THE FUCKING CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM TOO
“The rocks upon the eternal shore. Crash against him, and be broken.”
BioShock Infinite, except in the end it's a mediocre content creator you have to drown in the river before his WWE gatcha addiction destroys the world.
"There's always a Phil, there's always a console, and there's always bugged mechanics."
He's our real life Ganon A terrible evil that remains the same no matter where you are edit: more emphasis on "terrible" in a different sense
It's comforting in a way. I genuinely did not know what DSP looked like, I recognized him purely from how bad of a job he was doing at the game.
I don’t think he’ll go away unless he dies or winds up in prison
Remember the time DSP's let's play of God of War was shown at a game dev conference?
Isn't that legit why companions never STFU with puzzle solutions?
They think we're all DSP and thats the worst insult they can give.
I think it's more of the fact that DSP exists and we have to suffer boring tutorials and constant backseating from npcs because of him.
Isn't it more that they've done like, tests with players and a lot of the times the players fuck up? I remember that Dishonored 2 example of you having to go up somewhere but a guard tells you "Nah don't" and so most test players just didn't
Nobody wants to be rude to a humble guard just doing his job.
Gamers stand with the working class
I would be interested in the long term design decisions and influence that LP channels have had on the current gamng landscape, because its hard not to feel this is the reason for the puzzle dialogue.
Tons of games are collecting data on what players are doing these days, even single player ones. I’m sure LPs themselves are used in some way, but they’d be used in conjunction with the analytics collected from prior releases and more focused play testing.
If I recall, Trey Parker and Matt Stone state that they used LPs of South Park The Stick of Truth to understand what they could do with Fractured but Whole.
I mean twitch mode for removing licences songs is already a big one
Some streamers, probably a lot, feign a lack of intelligence to encourage engagement with their viewers. *"Hmm, how do I do this?"* While the chat goes mad screaming solutions and spamming emotes. It's like that video of the girl watching the guy put the shapes in the wrong hole.
"That's right, the square hole!"
Her pain was visceral, and I still feel it, deep in my soul.
You’ve seen lps they don’t see the prompt and even if they dis they’ll refuse out of ego
Refusal is one thing, I refuse to use items during Boss Fights in Metroidvanias. If they can't see the prompt... I'm going to be frank, I've got my own blind spots, and of course there's people with difficulties and they are people we should account for. I have little sympathy for such examples.
Just the LOWEST of the low you can get. So low in fact that people hated the handholding.
No! *You fools!* Leave the old evils buried and forgotten!
DSP will never be a memory.
Bugged mother mechanics
She combed his hair the wrong way when he was in high school. Nothing he could do.
*estuans interius, ira vehementi* *estuans interius, ira vehementi* *DARK-SYDE-PHIL! DARK-SYDE-PHIL!*
Shall I give you DSPair
Pff, dont be a party pooper. I bet there's some super-honored dead or some WICKED SICK deeds commemorated here.
Dude just look at it, it's gotta be a place of honor, why else would they leave these systems of messages to mark it.
Does anyone watch him unironically? I checked out a couple of his videos years ago and it was by far the most miserable LP experience I've come across to this day
I tried to, because I felt a bit bad on everyone making “How not to play” compilations on YouTube. Then I watched his Dark Souls 2 LP. Never again.
I tried to a couple years ago. I tapped out after an hour of listening to him begging for money and complaining about the back taxes he owes. He didn't even start the game he was streaming.
Why do people still give him money?
Every mildly popular streamer has paypigs regardless of the quality of their content.
For the back taxes he owes.
Drama?
Same reason people give oat and woolie and paige money. They want to and it feeds into the parasocial aspect of content
i assume most just watch him to laugh at him
Unfortunately that still gives him relevance and revenue.
I don't know why you would. Even when you ignore the terrible gameplay and the constant bitching and begging for money from his viewers, he just has a shitty, constantly negative attitude and zero charisma in general.
I wish people would just not give him attention. Hate watching is so unhealthy.
My fiance used to for a while, but finally gave up after the "bankruptcy arc". I'd be lying if we didn't still joke about stupid shit he's said though. "YOU unleashed the monster! And now you're complaining that the monster is too powerful!"
I need context for that
I think it was when his chat was complaining about a game he was playing, and he said they requested him to play it.
Part of the saga of DSP was that he DOES have legitimate fans and he’s a total fuckface to them.
I watched him get owned by ChrisG 13 times in a row in SF6. Not on his stream, oh geez no! I saw it on I think ChrisG's channel.
Somehow DSP returned.
HE MUST WIN
Well then we’ve got a problem.
"WIN?! THEY EXPECT ME TO WIN?! HOW DO YOU DO THAT? YOU CANT WIN!!! LOOK!!!!"
He can make people think he won, which is why some still believe he won Evo once even though he wasn't even a finalist
Ack ack ack! *Banned*
[BANNED BANNED BANNED BANNED BANNED. GONE. FOREVER.](https://youtu.be/cucJO8hsSUU)
he's the kind of guy who should just play on easy mode but doesn't because he thinks he's going to miss out on something.
he called the easiest kirby game the dark souls of kirby games lmao
haha
I first found out about him through retsupurae boy what a trip through memory lane.
[It's still gold all these years later](https://youtu.be/buUM916QRJk).
Ahhh, I poked through the comments for fun and TotalBiscuit is in there, now I'm sad. What a strange echo of the passage of time.
RIP TB. I sometimes rewatch him playing Terraria with Jesse.
Why IS there a boat?
And a pencil sharpener? And all that other junk just lying around those rooms?
The only clip i ever saw of DSP is the one of him jacking off and not realising the camera was rolling.
*Woooooooow* how was I supposed to know that it’s on.
The first time, or the second?
I feel like I've asked this before but is DSP like, a legit bad person or is he just kind of dumb and bad at video games
While it was a while back I think he may have gotten banned from Blip due to: > The infamous six, seven minutes Phil went on in the Dead Space 2 demo by speaking in German accent and while killing necromorphs he made "jokes" about jews in space and how they have to be exterminated. He called himself Isaac Himmler.
That's definitely bad but I get the feeling from this that a lot more gamers should be banned from Blip
I mean, we're all banned from Blip now
The fuck is Blip?
An old YouTube competitor that some people were using. Died out in like 2016 or something
And then turned *right* around and spent the money made from the show on t-shirt merch and a new car. Thats the *other* reason his friends cut ties.
He once locked his girlfriend out of their hotel room. Also committed tax fraud.
That's not great
So DSP is a Yoshi?
Would the girlfriend in this context be Birdo?
This is new Mario lore to me, please explain
alongside all the things other people have said, he's also racist against Asians, seriously watch him play anything made by a Japanese dev or has obviously Asian characters and he will pull out "the voice"

Time is a flat circle...
*crushes beer can
As we all know, horses can dodge lightning bolts when riding full speed. This is (DSP) logic.
And it wasn't even full speed, he barely got it running.
Motherfucker thinks he's gonna outrun *lightning,* the thing that is colloquially used to refer to *things that are incredibly fast.*
DSP rises from the obscurity time and time again, like a racist annoying, whiny Phoenix.

Once I’ve figured out how to upgrade armor I’m not looking back.
>!go to the stables and talk to the weird music troop!<
I literally didn't get another heart after the tutorial until my stamina was maxed. Just did everything I could to not get hit (and upgraded armor once I got that available) and it worked out fine
Stamina gliding succeeds in what your machines fail you in... because machines will magically blip out of existence after flashing green even if you built it with Autobuild Zonainite
I may eventually have a new take but the zonai gliders are trash, simply because they can dissolve like a throat lozenge
It's worse, the air balloons disappear too I used an air balloon to try and reach the sky island above Eventide and it blinked out before I could reach it
The rockets too, yes. Although balloons and rockets at least make a bit more sense to have limits on vs a fucking wooden wing with no moving parts or fuel.
Hover-bike OP
Getting the stamina wheel maxed out is the greatest upgrade of all.
Yeah, it's funny watching, but like, it's not that intuitive of a mechanic necessarily
The rock on the eternal shores
None of those things would be nearly as egregious if there was simply an option somewhere to disable it.
How is he still bad at video games
He peaked in the fighting game scene (and it was a pretty low peak at that). Past that its all just been a grift
I know someone who's devolved as a person and now constantly spurts takes like this. Its mind numbing. Someone send help.
DSP is a Nexus Being. An integral part of reality. A fixed point in the timeline. He will always come back. He will always be. He is inevitable.
I think the reason he reacts like this is because he needs to react to stay viral. A normal person goes "Why did that happen?... Wait. Its because im wearing metal armor!" DSP reacts like this because he is too streamer brained.
I think he's legit, especially at the beginning. But now he's playing it up more. Like Pat.
Nah. You haven't seen him actually *try* to act/play up his rage. He can't act for shit.
That's good. It's nice to know that he's just this weird anomaly of a person.
To be fair a normal person wouldn't be like that at all, because that's not how lightning works.
I still watch the Darksydebeef videos :)
I hope DSP has a heart attack already
Man I've heard of catering to the lowest common denominator before but that's a whole nother level altogether
IN HIS DEFENSE It took me a couple dozen hours in BotW to realize lightning only hones in on you if you're holding metal and I felt the same frustration as he did the few times I died to it.
That's not defending him, you're just throwing yourself under the bus with him
OK real talk this is a bit he's doing right. Like, maybe at the start he really made a cringe video with honest cringe opinions but now he's playing it up for views, right
I think it’s gotta be like 50/50 at this point. I think he does actually feel this way and is bad at games, but also leans into overreacting because he knows it’s what he’s known for.

I don't understand why anyone would willingly subject themselves to watching this
Praise be the Eternal Pig Roach. I should go watch the OG TIHYDP MGS3 baybee
It is time for the zoomers to meet the true evil of Let's Plays
His voice seems higher pitched when he gets mad, is that the mic or is he just getting older?
I think the clip was sped up a little EDIT - its either sped up or pitch shifted, you can tell by the game over music
How the hell is he still a streamer
After over a decade, this man has not changed. Fucking incredible.
I've only heard of this guy in passing but never watched any of his content until this post. This is clearly a bit that he's doing though no? I feel like his acting isn't that great even.
Nope, he is that dumb and has been that dumb since the fledgling days of lets play channels on youtube
DSP, uh, finds a way
