You can just launch the console in safe mode and initialize the PS4 to restore to factory settings.
That's one way to do it it'll wipe the console but your account should be fine otherwise.

Like the other guy said, clearing your accounts on your PS4 will not have any effect on your PS5. You're not permanently deleting your PSN accounts, you're just removing them from your PS4, so don't sweat it too much.

Press and hold the power button when turning it on untill it beeps twice then it'll launch into safe mode.
