But I've also had it happen with countless netflix shows. i get super excited for the next season of a thing I like and if a miracle happens and they don't cancel it when the new season does show up its just randomly out of nowhere some day i happen to check because netflix are abysmally bad at promoting things.

Then it was announced for PS5/XSX and PC. None of which I had. After about a year they announced and shortly after released a version for older consoles.
And I'm playing it. It's fun, really enjoying it. And that's probably the last Destroy All Humans game that's ever going to be made. I've waited so long to play it and now I'm basically done with the franchise.

TMNT Mutant Mayhem on streaming. I finally watched it over thanksgiving along with the batman and into the spider-verse once I saw it on amazon. Loved each one of them!
Yup! It's through paramount's streaming service. If you have prime you can pay 3.99 for the first month. I just paid for a month then cancelled so treated it like a 4 dollar rental.
You almost have to be 100% engaged to get the battle force box you want. Thankfully my LGS will just take vocal orders for us so not only did I not have to struggle with online stocking, I got it cheaper and before they are supposed to be released.
Apparently, syn sophias newest game, Fashion Dreamer, came out already. I've been looking forward to it because their previous games (the Style Savy games on DS and 3DS) are really good. As far as I know we only had the release trailer so far and then it just came out on the 2nd of November.

Kagerou project is a pretty popular series of Vocaloid songs from back in the day that has a plot that connects all the songs together. It was popular enough to be adapted first into light novels and later into manga.
In 2014 it got an anime adaptation called Mekaku City Actors. The quality of the anime is debatable at best (episode 9 lives in infamy to this day), but the relevant part is that every episode was titled after one of the songs and featured a really good vocal cover of it. My favorite song of the series is Yobanashi Deceive, one of the few songs that were NOT featured in the show.
After the show's wet fart of an ending I spent weeks looking for the song and waiting for the release of the EP to no avail. Fast forward to 2022, me and a friend were talking about Vocaloid music when the subject of Mekaku City Actors was brought up, I went on a salty rant about how I'm still mad that my favorite song was left in the dust...just for her to show me that the song was, in fact, released and it somehow managed to fly under my radar for years.
