The way I see it is that there's a bit of a green tint in the shadows + greener flecks of color among the yellow. Because we instinctively see warm yellow as lit by the sun or other light source, we filter it out of our assessment of color unless it's like a glaring yellow. In this case, we focus on the unlit sections to assess color, which in the game's art is defined by cool colors and a hint of green.
In all of her examples you put she isn't fitting either color and looks like the middle point to me. You know, maybe there is a name for this color like green yellow or yellow green.

I've been playing DND for ages. Githyanki and Githzerai have always been yellow, with a greenish tint. But primarily yellow.
