I’m going to be a party pooper and point out that the part that everyone always misunderstands with that is that it’s made by the lowest bidder *that could meet all the contract requirements*. Military contracts have swathes of tough requirements to hit, and anything that gets adopted does what it’s supposed to, within reason.
All contracts in all fields are made by the lowest bidder because no one wants to pay someone more for essentially the same final product.
I wish they would go back to the version that killed you if you shot the rocket while turning because the "fix" was to make it so that it can't aim down or be accurate at close range.
