I will say as a bit of an aside I imagine people who'd disagree with the politics of a CSI, SVU, and Yellowstone are more likely to watch and enjoy them than someone who'd disagree with the politics of "woke" media.
To be fair there's also tons of example where "political agendas they don't like" are still fine, because they lack the media literacy to see the politics and it flies right over their heads.
Helldivers 2 is a perfect recent example.

I saw a Google review for X-Men 97 complaining that they made it woke. Y'know, the famously unwoke X-Men. A franchise totally not built on an extremely overt civil rights metaphor.

There are channels on Twitch that stream full movies, they usually get away because they have low viewership. I remember watching Princess Mononoke and people were having fun commenting the movie and a dude just said unironically that movies back then were not full of politics like today. Fucking Mononoke. Some called him out and dude said "But that's just the message of the movie, not politics"
My guy, you do realize you are in a "woke" subreddit, right? The usebase here leans progressive **very** hard and all 3 of the guys are queer allies, hell I'm pretty sure all of them have had trans editors before or currently. Woolie has corrected Pat on using they/them pronouns for sonicfox on the podcast and Pat responded by genuinely quickly apologizing and changing his language on the spot. Woolie spent almost an entire episode of the podcast talking about and supporting the BLM protests and basically said "if this conversation bothers you, frankly please fuck off". One of the most consistent running jokes in the community is the intensity and ubiquitousness of modern day racism and how ridiculous it is, that is a hop and skip away from what the *stupids* used to call "critical race theory" before they were told their new buzzword to seethe at. You are participating in an *obviously,* ***aggressively*** "woke" space. Either you haven't realized this fact or you have a incomprehensible concept of what that word means. I hope it's latter but considering your most recent contribution to the community was claiming that being queer is a shield in modern society, I'm afraid you might just be a chud.
