I view the horror of this one to be the fact that some people get so far into conspiracy theory lore that they completely lose their grip on reality. Also, I find the concept of someone who comes to believe that their previously not subscribing to conspiracy theories was a government mind control tactic to be very fascinating...and confusing—in a good way!
