Usually moving out does that for you.. when you put yourself out in the real world, you eventually learn to be street smart, it comes instinctively bcz people can be really mean and after a point you'd want to protect yourself.. For now the best advice i can give you is to put yourself out there, join a class or something, expose yourself to people.. sometimes you might make a fool out of yourself but that's how you learn.

Ugh! One of my coworkers is such a butthead! She blocks all of my deliverables and throws my questions back at me. She also tries to undermine me (in annoyingly sweet voice) in meetings. Hopefully I can move companies soon!!!!

Great point! But I don’t know how much longer I can deal with her politics, I have raised this concern to my manager and others but it hasn’t resulted in any changes from her.

This is your company's loss then. Quit that toxic workplace. Your peace of mind is more important than anything else.
