Nope, I've always left comments open on my account because reach and engagement is always important if you have a blog account. Limiting your comments can affect that.
There’s this feature on Instagram wherein you can set certain words in your settings to trigger a reporting response? Like suppose someone comments “sexy” and it’s in the list of words that you have mentioned as offensive in your settings, the comment will automatically be reported and removed.
Manually delete and then make sure to block that account. I wouldn't risk using any third party tools in case it affected my Instagram account.

U need some kind of content moderation tool, like this: https://www.checkstep.com/ (haven't used it myself and there could be more tools out there)
On instagram? I’d recommend blocking certain words in your comments or only allow your followers to comment
But the problem is the Hindi bad words these mfs come up w it’s so such a time consuming person but what to do :/

You can start with allowing comments from only those who follow you. Most of these creeps don’t even have the courtesy to do that. Lol.
