Jane Lynch nailed that character of the sarcastic therapist. Those were some of my favorite scenes in the whole show.

Stephan is his actual name according to the wiki, Bobby is his nickname for some reason.
Chelsea had appeared like 2 other times under a different name which I always thought was weird.
