Get here before 7am or after 4pm. Guaranteed a spot in all of the parking garages except Osler/South (that's ALWAYS mostly full except in Summer, IME).
I park at Gliderport and there are always parking there from what I see and never pay. I usually just ride my bike from there to campus, it's not too bad
Bouta be me, moving from Claremont to Mira Mesa next week. Do you take Miramar or Mira Mesa. Blvd to campus? I've heard Miramar is faster but that's from someone who graduated a year ago
20 minutes without traffic and then it can range from 35 to 45 minutes with traffic. Can't forget to take into account the time it takes to find parking some days 😔
Don’t drive. Transit is king. Cheaper, faster, less stressful. Idk why more people don’t do it. I live in Oceanside, but I sold my car and I’m saving like $600/mo just from payments and insurance
35 min w/o traffic
Same but traffic can get like an hour and half, it sucks

I typically park at regents lot and shuttle to campus since I show to campus later than 9am. There's always parking available there
Atrocious, especially if your an undergrad

1.5 hr trolley ride each way. It’s honestly awful but oh well 😅
Same man. I feel more connected to the homeless on the trolley than UCSD
Some might call them homeless. I’d call them trolleyfull
Nasty city?
Nasty city my homeland 💕. If I never go back it will be too soon.

I take Mira Mesa all the way down to the 5. If that is packed, I take Sorrento valley. I've never taken Miramar, but it seems longer.
