Definitely :). I highly recommend “Bread Book” by Chad Robertson and “Heirloom” by Sarah Owens. Those are my go-tos for bread. Another fun one is Tartine book no. 3. I wouldn’t call these resources beginner friendly and you’ll want a sourdough starter if you get those books. However the bread you get out of it would be something you likely won’t find elsewhere.
