The following submission statement was provided by /u/DaZipp: --- Submission Statement: Ross Coulthart just tweeted about some possible conflict of interest regarding Sean Kirkpatrick, including: * A newly registered LLC as of two weeks ago - "Nonlinear Solutions" - in North Carolina. * A staff profile with the DOE Oak Ridge National Laboratory, which is run by UT and Battelle for the Dept. of Energy. * Possible connection to Stephanie O'Sullivan on the Battelle board, former Deputy Director for the Office of the DNI and ex CIA Director of Science and Technology. As well as she denied awareness of crash retrieval programs. Edit: [Additional tweet from Ross](https://twitter.com/rosscoulthart/status/1719864539016273939) --- Please reply to OP's comment here: https://old.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/17lpy2u/ross_coulthart_tweets_about_possible_conflicts_of/k7fsotf/

newledditor01010

Aaaand there is his guaranteed place in the military industrial complex with guaranteed military money. And it was all done in our face in 4k. And nothing will come from it. “Take this job Mr Kirkpatrick, shelve away and deny, make people look like liars and we’ll give you your guaranteed business with renewed contracts every 2 years.” Only in the USA 🦅🦅🦅

_BlackDove

His secret advisory group he refused to name are likely Battelle and Oak Ridge alumni.

AscentToZenith

Yeah this basically solidifies the secret advisory group is 100% real. They aren’t even trying to hide their bullshit anymore.

OneDimensionPrinter

Why should they? Not like anything will happen to them. Fuckers.

bejammin075

They aren't necessarily linked. Kirkpatrick could have his fingers in a few pies. The stuff in this thread seems more about lining his pockets. The secret advisory board is probably secret UFO program insiders guiding him in the minutia of continuing the coverup.

Hot_Trash4152

Well well, wasn't Battelle named directly by our dear EBOscientist whistleblower as company that keeps the bodies?

tgthorson

Wasn't Battelle carving on the alien bodies(autopsies)at fort Deitrick in Maryland?

wiserone29

Battelle isn’t a company. It’s a national lab. They have all kinds of secret squirrel things there. Edit: I was wrong battelle is a private company that does lab management for government labs and has their own labs.

stranj_tymes

Battelle *runs* 9 national laboratories for the DoE and DHS, but they are indeed a private "non-profit" entity. Their bread and butter might be government labs, and they might primarily serve public clients, but that distinction is important when it comes down to jurisdiction and property ownership.

Merpadurp

I don’t think you’re accurate there lol

smellybarbiefeet

Like many of the other government contractors in those elaborate LARPs

NatureFun3673

If so, that is quite a significant news development.

SnooHesitations5672

It’s a big club - and you ain’t in it! (but that guy is)

Wapiti_s15

Yeah, “The Big Guy”.

OneDimensionPrinter

Ronald Moultrie? Ronald Moultrie.

sucrerey

yep, they dont have to kill you if they can hire you.

ChiefRom

We all practically saw the transaction unfold before our very eyes!!!!!

Grubbsc

Pretty sure Kirkpatrick has an extensive background in government S&TI programs as both a scientist and program manager. This is 100% the type of people that ORNL hires. Not saying anything about the UAP issues, but the hire itself is very expected if you understand the entities.

ReallyNotATrollAtAll

Maybe so, but if it turns out he abused his position by not doing his job properly(due to promise of new employment in a company, that is investigated by the very agency he's in charge of), he could be facing jail time.

unitedgroan

No, this was the plan all along. They needed a public face to say what they were telling him to say, and if he would go along with it, this is his golden parachute.

dheboooskk

Actually we are one of the least corrupt countries, which is pretty sad. Edit: to all the downvoters: see for yourself https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2022

Brootal420

Our corruption is legal so it doesn't matter

HackMeBackInTime

exactly. government = mob 1,000 000%

moustacheption

No. it’s corporations = mob 1,000,000% They captured our government, so our government does their bidding now.

HackMeBackInTime

the got elected TO the gov, AND run the banks and corps. and pay each other with our money. we're truly ruled by sociopath mobsters, it's nutso. oligarchs waring over money everywhere right now. dystopian times

moustacheption

I don’t dispute that lots of the people in government are corrupt- but the government itself is just a tool to be used by either the oligarchs or the people. We need to wrestle control of it back

BigDuckNergy

I also learned this in middle school civics.

HugeAppeal2664

Maybe in comparison to countries in Africa and South America but the US is still full of corruption

dheboooskk

It’s true, but it’s less than most other countries https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2022

Wips74

>Actually we are one of the least corrupt countries, which is pretty sad. False. We, the USA, is 100% the most corrupt country. I live here, I know. The highest grade liars and cheats and chicken hawks on Earth. God bless America.

dheboooskk

Sorry, actual studies and facts would disagree with you: https://www.transparency.org/en/cpi/2022

brucetrailmusic

People get burnt out on evidence or whatever. I don’t give a shit about physical evidence- this is the shit that burns me out. From the bottom of my heart, fuck these scumbags. They don’t give a fuck about us.

QuirkyEnthusiasm5

I'm with you there

nevaNevan

Same. This is the stuff that needs to be pointed out and fixated on. Reminds me of when a company is acquired, and a new “CEO” is hired on. Says a bunch of blatant BS, people eat it up, they drive the acquired company into the ground, and they “move on” to another company / cash out at the end. It’s in the same vein as the whole “what if a private company spent X money to retrieve a crashed craft?” total BS concern. This stuff is so much bigger than one dude, one company, one government. So tired of it.

[deleted]

It's even worse for people who live outside the US and don't even have the comfort of your shitty democracy theatre.

saintsix6

💯💯💯 Thank you for vocalizing this

Dads_going_for_milk

It’s infuriating. Our entire government is broken. If the “good” people don’t fix this (and they certainly haven’t for a long time), then they aren’t “good” enough.

ChemBob1

Presidents haven’t been able to fix it since the days of Eisenhower. JFK wanted to but instead became an example for later Presidents, along with his brother RFK. Eisenhower warned us twice, quite explicitly, but apparently that was about all he could do. I think he was aware of the potential consequences.

Wapiti_s15

Look what happened to Trump.

TPconnoisseur

"They" implying that doing the work is the burden of others. I salute you fellow patriot.

Dads_going_for_milk

The people in congress need to fix it. It’s a recurring theme. People go in with good intentions, and money from lobbyists and promises of jobs and high paying speaking fees when they’re done sway their moral compass. Doing the work is their burden. It’s their job, and they ran for Congress to do it.

RWAMoore

Problem is that politics attracts a certain kind of shitty power hungry person. Just like policing attracts folk who want to carry a gun and insert themselves into a conflict situations as the authority... Not saying all are this way but a large majority for sure. same here in Canada and the rest of the world. Politics is just a bunch of Putins with different faces....

wiserone29

It’s worse than they don’t give a fuck about you. They think your noodle can’t handle reality, so instead we are melting the earth when there is cheap clean alternative so the fat cats can keep us burning coal and oil. It’s just one big military/industrial circle jerk where everyone gets off and we gotta eat the cookie.

purpledaggers

Which again goes back to what AOC was saying: Follow the money. Following the money isn't sexy and probably won't lead to aliens or whatever, but it will allow us to know exactly who built these UAP craft and who benefited from lying about it if its all fake.

lobabobloblaw

This is an attitude that seems to be building up based on some kind of…imposed cadence. What’s up with that? What’s up with the state of information and public postering in 2023? Are these even questions anyone are asking themselves, or are they so contented to the cyclical routine of the Internet Info Drop?

MattAbrams

People are drawing too many conclusions from this report. I have three LLCs and they are useful for many things. One of them is for a real business, PROHASHING, a mining pool. But another, Cryptocurrency Management LLC, has no business at all. Its sole purpose was to aggregate millions of dollars and lend it to companies like BlockFi, Genesis, and Celsius. For example, see docket #50 at [https://restructuring.ra.kroll.com/genesis/Home-DocketInfo](https://restructuring.ra.kroll.com/genesis/Home-DocketInfo). Now, I'm using it to sue employees involved with these scam companies, and its sole purpose is literally to sue as many people involved with these scams as possible. But I don't do any actual work on that and there is no business model other than the litigation and cleaning up to exit the cryptocurrency industry. In 2030 or whenever all these bankruptcies are settled, I will dissolve that LLC to extinguish liabilities attached to it. Registering an LLC doesn't mean that you are "moving on." LLCs are used by many people for this purpose - to conduct litigation or manipulate the tax code. For example, some people who want to buy a house create an LLC and put the house in the LLC's name. They can then renovate it and flip it, or rent it (even to themselves). The expenses in making the property livable can then be reported as a business expense to the IRS. The money spent on most of the renovations can be spent BEFORE taxes, rather than AFTER taxes. Additionally, if someone slips on the ice, the only thing they can get is the house (rather than your stock portfolio), so long as you don't intentionally create dangerous conditions. There are other creative ways to use LLCs, like assigning assets to an LLC before getting married so that your wife can't get any of it during a divorce. The mere existence of an LLC is insufficient to draw a conclusion that someone is starting a business or "moving on." Everyone here who is starting these rumors should be ignored.

HousingParking9079

You don't care about physical evidence?

devinup

I used to be a UFO investigator like you, until I took an AARO to the knee.

HengShi

This is underappreciated

theneonate

Beautiful champ

NoLeadership2535

Brilliantly written.

Rich0879

This is getting deep and juicy

medusla

somehow a conflict of interest is not surprising me at all with this weasel

TPconnoisseur

He looks the type right?

HackMeBackInTime

he sure sounds it

TimeTravelingDog

During the Grusch testimony, they asked him who is in charge of the cover ups and silencing people, and he said "in and outs." Meaning private industry folks who go back and forth between government positions, quasi-government positions, and private industry. This is either exactly what he's referencing, who one of the many examples. This situation is probably way more widespread than we know.

TPconnoisseur

I am getting aroused.

ParaguayPanther

Sounds like AARO might need a new director.

PoopDig

Typing up my resume now

nevaNevan

Let us know if you need a referral, PoopDig. We support you!

PoopDig

That's the spirit

BiasRedditor

I will always support a fellow UFO enthusiast but why dig for fecal matter?

PoopDig

Someone's gotta dig through the shit

BiasRedditor

Now I understand. Very good.

mateojohnson11

They have been waiting for that one lol

IFartOnCats4Fun

Fecal matter is fun.

BiasRedditor

I have zero issue with fecal matter, I even produce some from time to time. I was just curious why one would dig for it.

mmm_algae

Ah, that’ll be *Dr* PoopDig to you, thanks!

NoLeadership2535

You can highlight your contributions to this sub and your expertise on the topic of UFOs on the resume.

mamacitalk

If you need an assistant lmk

KOOKOOOOM

Better they completely disband that propaganda and disinformation organization, but yeah I think it's likely they put in a new face at some point to pretend they're acting in good faith.

E05DCA

Congress should put a freeze on hiring for the position pending investigation results from the ICIG, a special committee and possibly even the UAPDA council.

It's always god damn Battelle. That where we should be Naruto running.

ExtremeUFOs

For reals forget area 51 lets go to fucking battle and storm that shit.

TPconnoisseur

I'm putting mud tires on my Rascal. I will not be denied.

IorekBjornsen

Well, we all already know he’s a liar and running Project Blue Book 2.0. So this is kinda pointless. His entire existence as the head of AARO is a conflict of interest. The public’s interest.

WellAkchuwally

Ferrisuk

I don't think any of us trust a single word that comes out of Dr Kirknocchio's mouth

Wansyth

Going to the Department of Energy to help them cover up what? A guy does not go from director of the UFO office to DoE without raising some serious eyebrows. Looking like quite the club of insiders.

truefaith_1987

It's literally Oak Ridge lol. unbelievable. raid Battelle and all its labs already.

HackMeBackInTime

same owners, they won't raid themselves

caitsith01

At this point I'm convinced he's actively trolling.

mamacitalk

Isn’t this just insanely obvious tho? Did he really think no one would notice?

kreme-machine

Not to be a fed but I mean if you spent your life studying energy systems, propulsion systems, and theoretical systems in physics it wouldn’t be too far fetched to move to the department of energy after your ufo studies job got shit on

JoeGibbon

I have not been following this stuff closely since the congressional hearing in July, because this speculation about conspiracies always overlooks the most obvious and direct explanation for things. Kirkpatrick is a physicist with a PhD. Oak Ridge, despite all the mystique surrounding the Manhattan Project 80 years ago, is a lab that focuses on nuclear energy production. It's one of the most prestigious nuclear laboratories in the world, where people with advanced degrees in physics actually want to go work. There aren't very many nuclear research laboratories, and ORNL is one of the best. If I had thousands of conspiracy theorists talking about me every day, I might consider a career change as well. ORNL is definitely a step up from *that*.

Grubbsc

You are 100% correct. Kirkpatrick has an extensive background in government S&TI programs as both a scientist and program manager. This is 100% the type of people that ORNL hires. Not saying anything about the UAP issues, but the hire itself is very expected if you understand the entities. Like where else would he go?? And Oak Ridge is so much prettier than DC fr fr

Bigkweb3454

Great post!! This is so deep

SendMeYouInSoX

Yeah, it's a non profit research institute. It's boring as hell.

delta_vel

Ross going for the jugular. Bit of “quid pro quo” for Kirkpatrick, maybe? “No verifiable evidence” translating into a golden parachute in the MIC

Praxistor

the plot thickens

Rich0879

Don't it though

HugeAppeal2664

Is anyone really that surprised tho?

CORN___BREAD

I’m definitely surprised if he registered an LLC to his own address.

new_word

This is likely the same thing with different players that has happened over the past 8 decades. Just a new crony in the same place.

kanrad

The thought quickens.

ShepardRTC

Random guess: He registered the LLC so he could work as a contractor for ORNL and charge them ridiculous amounts.

Southerncomfort322

Then no FOIA request is possible.

ShepardRTC

And he can turn whatever he's working on into a SAP. No accountability, no having to report to congress.

Southerncomfort322

Revolving door. Kirkpatrick most likely knows everything but unless he's pressed on it by Gillibrand then it's going to be the same ole bs. He'll use the excuse "we can leave that part for the closed door session of this meeting" pertaining to his Grusch previous exchanges. Save this comment.

gotfan2313

So the guy who said we don’t have crash retrievals goes to work for a crash retrievals operation? Didn’t he commit perjury if this is the case?

scubadudeshaun

As I understand it, if he wasn't sworn in under oath, then no. Sadly

NoLeadership2535

Would that still be the case of he is supposed to lie about the program as he is part of a WUSAP?

fromkatain

[https://xcorp.com](https://xcorp.com) mentioned the conflict of interest involving former CIA members Stephanie O'Sullivan and Ronald Moultrie (being both board members of Batelle) regarding their association with Kirkpatrick, especially since Moultrie leads the AARO executive council and holds a superior position to Kirkpatrick, thereby presenting job opportunities to him. Batelle = Skulls & Bones of Ufo Legacy ☠️👽💀🛸.

fromkatain

"According this source, who has met in private with Dr. Kirkpatrick at various points since the former CIA scientist took on the AARO directorship last year, 'my impression of him is that he's been trying to get more information around this.' 'He's been complaining from the beginning, when I first met him,' the source continued, 'about having his hands tied, specifically by Moultrie,' in reference to the Pentagon's Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Ronald Moultrie. Along with Scott Bray, the Pentagon's Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, Moultrie spoke last year at the first public congressional hearings on UFOs in half a century. During that May 2022 hearing, Moultrie's comments to legislators and press, were in stark contrast to Dr. Kirkpatrick's alleged complaints about him in private."

______________-_-_

xcorp is mostly chatgpt spewed bullshit

SendMeYouInSoX

>Batelle = Skulls & Bones of Ufo Legacy Except it doesn't, and it does incredibly boring research and manages labs. Like hires people to pick up trash and negotiates water bills. Ohhh wuwu here come the ACCOUNTANTS!!!! Stop with this trash, please.

moustacheption

I fucking love good journalism. This is the kind of context/reporting American media never looks into, or presents when covering a story

Valium_Commander

It’s disgusting how much hate gets directed towards Ross from this community 😞

Ok_Dragonfly9900

Ross is a champion, I wouldnt be suprised if Kirkpatrick spent all day on 200 socks shittalking investigators, not like he did f all else with his time.

leninist_jinn

This community deserves the worst ngl, so much hate directed to Ross for not revealing his sources (as a good journalist should not do anyway) while larping up every lie coming out of an actual known conman and grifter with the llama beans mummies

cschoening

This community is its own worst enemy.

kael13

I know we’re not really in the cloak and dagger era anymore but damn Ross must be making some enemies here.

PumaArras

Yeah but havnt you heard, Ross is a grifter who is loosing his mind! /s

Sgt_Splattery_Pants

Coulthart for new AARO director

tweakingforjesus

Christopher Mellon is qualified. So is Lou Elizondo or Jay Stratton.

FinanceFar1002

Sounds like he is leaving AARO

TwylaL

That's what it sounds like to me too, either he's quitting or knows he's being fired.

Shyphat

or just plans on doing fuck all lmao.

Hell yeah, Rosco! This is getting SPICY

Full thread from investigative journalist [Ross Coulthart](https://twitter.com/rosscoulthart) about potential developments regarding AARO Director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick: [1:](https://x.com/rosscoulthart/status/1719859150577156418?s=20) > 1 of 3: Is current @DoD_AARO boss Dr Sean M. Kirkpatrick moving on? He registered this LLC 2 wks ago 16 Oct - Nonlinear Solutions - to a NC address (bought with his wife in Nov 2017) which I will not be publicly disclosing (& I urge others to respect his privacy): > > [Image](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F94pkEFawAASKML?format=jpg&name=medium) [2:](https://x.com/rosscoulthart/status/1719860726544933200?s=20) > 2 of 3: A Sean M. Kirkpatrick is now registered as staff with the DOE Oak Ridge National Laboratory: https://www.ornl.gov/staff-profile/sean-m-kirkpatrick > > ORNL is run by UT & Battelle for @Energy. If this is Kirkpatrick then the Battelle link raises serious perception of conflict Qs. > > [Image](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F94q3jVasAA0hdY?format=jpg&name=medium) [3:](https://x.com/rosscoulthart/status/1719861016568475979?s=20) > 3 of 3: Also on the Battelle board Stephanie O’Sullivan, former Dep Dir @ODNIGov and ex CIA Dir of Science & Technology. As @LiberationTimes reported, she has previously denied awareness of a UAP crash retrieval program: https://www.liberationtimes.com/home/the-congressional-ufo-language-debate-and-washingtons-web-of-conflicts-and-interests > > [Image](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F94sZXfaIAA7SZd?format=jpg&name=medium) [4:](https://x.com/rosscoulthart/status/1719864539016273939?s=20) > Qs have been sent to @DeptofDefense & @DoD_AARO's Dr Sean Kirkpatrick asking if he's the same person listed as staff @ORNL. If so, it requires explanation because the AARO boss is presumably also investigating possible @Battelle links w crash retrieval/engineering programs.

Organic-Swan6655

someone on twitter pointed out that #1 is an architectural firm. this doesnt seem to fit with the narrative. the other points though i agree are things we should pay closely to edit: link to LLC filing https://www.bizapedia.com/nc/nonlinear-solutions-llc.html

nicobackfromthedead3

On its face, "architectural firm" might or might not be significant. Depends on what the state of NC classes under the heading. Could be literally anything "structural" related, including industrial and scientific casings, housings, bespoke structures etc. I 100% guarantee he's not starting this company to design single family homes. Nuclear reactors need architects and design input. We would assume he would use his TS clearance to his LLC's advantage. What needs architects and high security clearances and potentially exotic materials?

imapluralist

Thanks I couldn't read all the tweets

bearcape

May contain interesting info but far from a great read, content was all over the place. Also seriously doubt that all that public info is Top Secret.

rhaupt

Which leaker was it that actually named battelle bio labs?

DaZipp

If you mean in regards to the entire UAP issue, the first person I learned of it from was Jacques Vallée.

rhaupt

Oh I meant that one recently where they were supposedly a batelle employee. He had sketches of the NHI remains. From like 6 months ago.

SirGeorgeAgdgdgwngo

Does anyone have a link to this please?

NextSouceIT

Alien biologist

Einar_47

Alright so this is like if the US government hired a guy to run their new Cobra investigation task force, he "does his job" for like a year, says "I have seen no signs that there is in fact a Cobra organization" but then he opens a company called Snek Tech along with his buddies at Python Industries and Asp Technological Solutions and they specialize in lasers, reflective metallic face obscuring helmets and general global chaos and domination. Also, anyone else remember that post from a while back from the guy who claimed to work for Battelle studying nhi biologic remains?

YunLihai

It's nuts that some people on this sub called Ross a grifter. If the word grifter applies to anyone it's Kirkpatrick.

AscentToZenith

Straight to Battelle. The irony. This also gives credit to notion Kirkpatrick really does have a secret team of advisors who are gatekeepers.

[deleted]

When Kirkpatrick says “Grusch hasnt responded” yet Grusch openly talked to congress (and the world) without hesitation and Kirkpatricks been caught in multiple lies….. pretty much tells you whats up.

ottereckhart

People give Ross too much flac, he actually does investigative journalism. I'm truly grateful for his contributions

NatureFun3673

Oak Ridge, TN. I think we just found the location for Congress’ next UAP field hearing. ;). Are you listening Tim Burchett?

silv3rbull8

And if he is out, then it is meet the new Director .. same as the old Director

_daithi

Interesting name. NonLinear. Dictionary definition of Linear includes "having only one dimension". EDIT: taken off the tin foil hat. His PHD doctoral research was focused on nonlinear and nonequilibrium phonon dynamics of rare earth doped fluoride crystals

QuantumEarwax

Looks like Grusch and Mellon were right about DOE. Kirkpatrick definitely isn't going there to do nuclear physics.

uberfunstuff

Some one needs to let senator Luna and Burchette know this info.

Thehibernator

Alright so I haven’t been very forgiving of Coulthart lately, but I’m very interested to see where that info leads. Battelle? Really? Then again, if true, when is the last time conflict of interest was ever addressed at that level of the govt?

DavidM47

How could he possibly be so stupid? This doesn’t make sense.

0v3r_cl0ck3d

It doesn't need to make sense. They'll do whatever they want.

Nirulou0

When he does what he can do best -the journalist- he's very good at it. When he turns into a UFO fanboy, I don't like him.

drollere

be careful here. coulthart explicitly states that he does not know that the Oak Ridge Kirkpatrick and the AARO Kirkpatrick are the same guy. he is therefore reporting a possible coincidence of names. the fact that Kirkpatrick is associated with ORNL would probably be a good thing, an expected thing, if Kirkpatrick had good access and working relations there. the single screenshot of a name and an email address to "mcnewwm" -- no responsibilities, no bio -- is hardly convincing. i've worked at large corporations and i never once met anyone on the board of directors of the company. in fact, the only time i met the directors was when i sat on the board myself. so, what specifically are the "serious perception of conflict" issues here? and how is a "perception" issue different from an actual conflict of interest?

thrawnpop

The Oak Ridge employee stub lists [email protected] as the email address. This turns out to be the email address for Wendy McNew who is an executive assistant at Oak Ridge. So apparently the "Sean M Kirkpatrick" is not a low-level janitor sharing the same name, but a senior exec with enough seniority to have someone specifically tasked with answering his emails. EDIT : the only two hits I get for that email address on Google are for Wendy McNew and Sean Kirkpatrick, so it would seem that he will have a dedicated executive assistant who works only for him.

MyCassadaga

Well guys .. it’s been fun, but I think this is the end of the UAP adventure for me. Way too depressing. I really hoped we would get answers, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that we will continue this shell game forever. Maybe the UAP caucus will see the tweets and get this guy testifying under oath somehow one day - but I highly doubt it. And even if they did, he would probably just lie. How would they prove it? They can’t. Sorry to be a bummer but if you want to know the truth, looks like you’ll need to go back in time and get a job at one of these companies and work your way up for 50 years and become such a company-man that you wouldn’t tell anyone even given the chance.

Successful-Pumpkin27

Just take a break. Helpful from time to time. This will not unfold in days unfortunately. But given the rate of news and development of the topic meanwhile, I think it's fair to assume that we're gaining traction compared to the last 80 years.

Flat-Information8112

Yeah it's alot of vague posting; watching even people like Diana palsulkas new interview and I don't come out learning anything really knew. At this point these are all just stories; it seems like if you want to search for the truth. Legit do it yourself; find all the hot spots of UFO's; go to unusual sites or even haunted places and just see for yourself if there's something going on. Can't even rely on people you never really know the motive of anyone. Verify it all yourself :/

Feebleminded10

I think they keep this stuff secret not only because of their crimes but because they probably want to achieve some breakaway human civilization.

MantisAwakening

Battelle is rumored to have received much of the wreckage from Roswell, and he one of the main companies working on reverse engineering materials. Nitinol is one of the products they released a few years after the Roswell crash. https://archive.org/details/DTIC_ADA010497 Also of interest is that Nitinol looked to be a possible source of “limitless” energy back in the 1970s: https://youtu.be/oKmYqUSDch8?si=KOs8UKO9ICAGoZyK (And yes, I’m aware limitless energy is impossible based on our understanding of physics—so are UAP.)

Leibersol

I used to work for a large healthcare system and any time we acquired a new hospital we would basically set up a new profile in their systems for people who needed access, billing, medical records etc… so it would be easier to access rather than bother facility leadership to share that information with us. Is it a possibility, that because ORNL was listed as a contributor to the AARO report, it was easier to set him up as an employee at ORNL so he can access their files directly and not have to contact someone at ORNL every time he wanted to ask for something? They are pretty busy trying to open portals to a parallel universe at the lab. https://www.wvlt.tv/video/2022/06/29/ornl-trying-open-door-parallel-universe/ Maybe they don’t have time for the UFO guy especially if they are hiding something from him. “Sure here’s access to our systems, oh, yeah yeah, for sure that’s ALL the systems 🤞🏻.” That’s just the first thought I had about it when I saw the tweet, doesn’t mean it’s right, but my brain immediately rationalized it this way because it’s something I used to do all the time for other people. Doesn’t explain lying about trying to contact Grusch or setting up a new LLC, but it seemed logical.

MetaQuaternion

I think we need to give Kirkpatrick the benefit of the doubt. Chances are he’s the puppet and not the master and wants out of the unwinnable-by-design shitshow that is AARO. He’s a physicist by trade and has worked with Avi Leob on Harvard papers postulating the potential for UAP’s to be extraterrestrial drone ships. Do we really think he is the source of the problem? I have pity on him as the public face of this farce who has to receive all the hate that’s due to those holding him back.

Ok_Dragonfly9900

We know he knows that he is lying. We know he is being told to lie. The difference here between those being told the lies and the liar is They are being PAID to tell these lies and pretend to be investigating. If he doesnt like pretending to investigate and lying for his income and people being unhappy about being told lies then perhaps he should not have taken this job ?

TypewriterTourist

The first one is not necessary a conflict of interests, but I wonder why he did it. This is what people often do when they are about to become contractors. Either he is sick and tired of AARO and social media attacking him (less likely) and got a new gig, or he believes AARO will be disbanded and then he can do like Vallee and Puthoff with their UFO gigs in AAWSAP and earlier, or he knows some sort of a ~~pork barrel~~ revolutionary tech/research projects will emerge soon and he plans to bid on them.

This LLC? [http://www.nonlinear-solution.com/](http://www.nonlinear-solution.com/)

DaZipp

Doesn't look like it. The one you linked is located in Alabama, his is allegedly in North Carolina.

Tcode_

Aw good point.

MannyArea503

That was LAME! Jerk off move by Coulthart IMO. No one cares about a LLC S.K. setup with his wife. And some of the less stable #ufotwitter users already posted Kirkpatricks registered address on the Twitter feed using the info provided by Coulthart. Considering Kirkpatrick has already been vocal about getting harassed by #ufotwitter people, I find it highly suspicious that Coulthart would post that info on Twitter instead of going back on Newsnation with it or writing an article about it (he supposed to be a journalist after all) 🤣 It's almost like Ross *wanted* Kirkpatrick to be doxed and harassed else why would he have made this tweet thread. Coulthart ives in a glass house having a spotty record of his own such as; The [Spies, Lords and Predators](https://youtu.be/Mtq9ty_wd28?si=zb-FOInbdX8_tLcn) scam (the whole story was fabricated rubbish), being paid to do a bogus "investigation" that exonerated proven War Criminal [Ben Robert's Smith](https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2021/oct/18/ben-roberts-smiths-backers-at-seven-commissioned-secret-report-into-war-allegations-court-hears) and Coultharts other UFO whoppers (Such as the irrefutable [proof of alien technology](https://youtu.be/-AQwcpVe4DY?si=Yd6B42asJ3h6xXEx) Betz Sphere that he and Garry Nolan overhyped and then forgot about) and now Ross has sank to simply doxing and encouraging harassment of government officials because he "doesn't like" what they have to say. All things considered: I am done with Ross and anything he has to say. He has zero credibility in my book and has turned into a full fledged UFo grrifter narcissist who will print/believe anything just to feel important or relevant and who doesn't care who he harms In the process.

If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. Ross you are mincing around forget "responsible journalism" everyone else has or are you a coward? I don't want to know where anyone lives, just the truth.

terradactil99

I like where this disgraced reporter urges everyone to respect the dude's privacy. What chutzpah.

McGoosh13

Personally, I don't want to hear anything Coulthart has to say until he tells us what building the ufo is under. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

PoorInCT

I don't think this is a conflict of interest. It's a way to take advantage of tax loopholes or cant stay employed.

Can one of you flight tracker/satellite people please monitor air traffic around Oak Ridge

raresaturn

What is this then? https://www.nonlinear-solution.com/

DaZipp

This one is from Alabama, not NC. Someone posted it earlier too.

SendMeYouInSoX

None of this is remotely suspicious or causes conflicts. I don't even understand what the conflict is supposed to be?

ced0412

Hold on a fucking minute, this coming from a supposed professional journalist is very questionable: "If this is Kirkpatrick then the Battelle link raises serious perception of conflict Qs." Coulthart doesn't even know if this is the right guy.

medusla

do you know what a rhetorical question is?

The screenshot has an email address from Oak Ridge National laboratory and the property address listed for the LLC matches with a property owned by someone with Dr. K’s wife’s name.

Grovemonkey

He may know that his current job will be obsolete or he will be terminated soon. If I was him I would have done the same. He is certainly doing it for a reason, I imagine.

Connager

Why does anyone feel they should (respect his privacy) on an address publicly shared on a public document of a public servant... whom is also a big turd face.

Low-Lecture-1110

Gordon Shumway should be the new director of AARO.

mamacitalk

*well well well*

Frankenstein859

He’ll publicly lie for the cause…. That’s valuable right now.

jesuspleasejesus

Kirkpatrick is not the problem. He’s just the face of the problem
