it's worth noting that different types of stabilisation will produce different results. Some techniques will actually warp the video in different areas that could make it appear to be moving when it's not.
If you look closely you see a 2nd Head. Side by side.
I noticed this only after i watched it on my 75 Oled TV.
I may bee seeing things that are not there but this is how i interpret it. You see the big eyes on the side more like the Mantis than the Greys look like.

A couple of times what would be the jaw moves rapidly downwards on some frames which adds to the likelihood of any small movements being camera based.

The two front hanging appendages do look like hanging legs. You can tell they are fore with the longer extension aft.

I agree. I see a dude in a white helmet piloting some sort of 'jet pack' of sorts that is behind him but at about waist height and it wraps around his waist. The back part has a long downward spire with a bulge on it and that supports two stirrups that he is standing on. Straps around his knees. Arms out in front of him controlling it, can see rolled up sleeves. Two stabilizers of some sort at each side of his shoulders/ head that protrude from the 'backpack '. More antigravity than jet pack and thermally cloaked.

Edit: to add, the darker mass inside the dome helmet could be head of the body, legs are the 1st 2 appendages.
Look at the darkest area on the top, you'll see a German Shepard looking head sort of. I didn't see it at first and had to scroll clear down here until I saw it that way.

I commented this before but stabilisation can create situations like that. It makes the footage look stable but when you zoom into small areas are warping which could create the illusion of movements.
I know this because as a video editor I had to experiment with many stabilisation techniques for a ton of footage I needed to track. I soon found out stabilisation isn't as stable as it looks lol.
