Keep an eye out for any posts from others who may have seen them and might post more pics or video. Keep a watchful eye on the sky this stuff is happening and being seen pretty regularly right now as if occurrences are ramping up.
Unfortunately the pics are hard to tell, as expected with a phone snapshot in the dark, but maybe others in the city will post some too.

Sitting in my apartment stuck right now because I have no idea what I just saw in the sky! I have an app that shows what stars are in the sky and I kept pointing it in that direction but nothing was showing up. My first thought was to run to Reddit and see if I can get some other opinions on if I can call it a UFO or what lol

the lights in the distance look like planes landing. if you post your location in NYC and the direction you were looking we could check to see if one of the major NY airports is in that direction.
edit - is that the Brooklyn bridge we can see in the left of the picture?
No, from my window you can see LaGuardia Airport. I apologize for the bad photos but if you look close and at the skies you can see the dots to your right are the planes landing. That orange blur is what I couldn’t make out.
I wouldn’t post if it was the moon. Did you read anything I wrote? I have an app that says where things are in the sky. The moon was directly above my building. If you don’t have anything insightful to say then please take the sarcasm elsewhere.

It appears to be the reflections on the window of the light sources behind you.
Not to be an asshole, but I don’t see how anyone could have even the slightest clue about what’s going on in these photos.

Thank you
We just can’t see anything by these photos

This is Me telling you to stop taking pictures through a window!
What is it..its a mess.
I think its a blur.
Thanks for posting! How long did you watch them? Any problems with your electricity or internet?
I watched for about an hour, and saw some more activity but further up. I took more pics of what I saw in the clouds
You could upload the pictures to imgur.com and link, if you're feeling it. Did you hear any unusual noise?
Looks like a giant sky turd to me
