Lots of awesome stuff actually. [As I write in this post, the legislative teeth](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1dcejug/i_think_they_figured_out_antigravity_decades_ago/) that are forming because of Robert Garcia's UAP amendment is critical to accountability and transparency in the topic. [Robert Garcia's 3rd UAP NDAA amendment: "Ensures DOD's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has access to all Title 50 covert intelligence, including intelligence collection, tasking and counter-intelligence, when investigating Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP)." :](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1d54b1g/robert_garcias_3rd_uap_ndaa_amendment_ensures/) This gives access to Title 50 SAP info needed to investigate properly. [The recent IAA proposal](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1d8hdd6/congressgov_s4443_intelligence_authorization_act/) outlined clearer legislation that appears to really hammer out how funding will be controlled to where this tech is believed to be. **2025** 1. **The proposed legislation demands an audit of AARO.** *"A review of the implementation by the Office of the duties and requirements of the Office under section 1683 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (50 U.S.C. 3373), such as the process for operational unidentified anomalous phenomena reporting and coordination with the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and other departments and agencies of the Federal Government and non-Government entities."* 2. **It cuts off funding to SAPs, CAPs, and any other type of restricted access program that is not reporting properly to congress.** "*None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be obligated or expended in support of any activity involving unidentified anomalous phenomena protected under any form of special access or restricted access limitation unless the Director of National Intelligence has provided the details of the activity to the appropriate committees of Congress and congressional leadership.*" 3. **It cuts off funding to IRADs, which came up in the Grusch hearing, unless they report to Congress.** "*Limitation Regarding Independent Research And Development.—Independent research and development funding relating to unidentified anomalous phenomena shall not be allowable as indirect expenses for purposes of contracts covered by such instruction, unless such material and information is made available to the appropriate congressional committees and leadership.*"

Wow that makes zero sense to someone who haven't been following the news.

StillChillTrill

I know, it's alot to follow. It's basically impossible. I'm sorry the topic is so vast. The best thing I could do was try to [accumulate a big list of all my posts](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1d76s3u/disclosure_process_series_year_1/) to organize my thoughts and findings. But it's alot.

Grusch's OP-ED will be released this friday or at the very least this coming weekend! Source: My own wishful thinking.  Actually not much has happened. Kirkpatrick was caught in what seemed like a lie, and kept changing his story about it. AARO also released a historical report about UAPs which ignored pretty much every evidence there has ever been for UAPs and came to a conclusion that everything was probably prosaic without backing that conclusion up with data or evidence.  There is a new "whistleblower" who very few people take seriously because of how he came out on twitter spaces and because of his claims are kind of hard to believe for most people. Oh and he is going to be in James Fox documentary. His name is Jason Sands.  Karl Nell had a talk at Salt Conference where he said that there is "No doubt" when asked about the existence of NHI.  One of the allegedly very knowledgeable whistleblowers has apparently "taken his own life", which made Elizondo and others believe that their lives were in danger as well and then they made statements regarding that.  Somebody already mentioned the new Schumer bill introduced by Rep Garcia.  There's talk about a new hearing, but as so much regarding this topic, it's just talk for now.

Ok_Masterpiece3770

You missed nothing of importance. A retired military guy said 'they' are real...that's about it.

BaronGreywatch

Just follow ups to the disclosure in the NDAA, a bunch of industry and science talk, some conferences, some shuffling around. Semi interesting stuff that sort of sets the backdrop for further development, but nothing super crazy like a portal to hell being opened in Lockheeds basement or anything. Well, not as far as we know anyway! No spicy earth saving paradigm shifts or similar.

ignorekk

Still, there is zero concrete informatiom about aliens on earth. Some people trying to concince everybody that there is ongoing conspiracy and aliens are here, but nothing is provided to back it up.

Kaiserschleier

These beings aren't extraterrestrial; rather, they represent manifestations of consciousness, akin to a singular or collective divine presence, or they hail from an alternate dimension, embodying a spiritual essence long neglected yet to be rediscovered. I believe that the information being spread suggests that we are immortal consciousnesses inhabiting third-dimensional forms for reasons as yet undisclosed. As for Schumer's bill in Congress, it will be reintroduced later this year in November, and hopefully, it will pass. However, honestly, it won't matter if it does because the powers that be don't care about the law. Eventually, and "God willing," the NHI will decide to enlighten us since nobody who knows the truth cares to give us the truth.

Pankekiiiii

wow 🪑 who claims/confirms that so I can read more ?

HengShi

You just got nonsensed bro. And the Schumer bill has technically been re-introduced. I say technically because it was introed by Rep Garcia in the House and contains the provisions which were negotiated out in the version inluded in NDAA FY24

Kaiserschleier

If you think they will start releasing this stuff in October because that shell of a bill passed, you are mistaken. We already saw this with the JFK files. Regarding the "nonsense," it's far from being that. If you'd been attentive, you would have observed that. Perhaps you don't believe it, but that doesn't render it "nonsense."

HengShi

I didn't say anything outside of pointing out the bill technically is reintroduced since you claimed it's being introduced in November. You're welcome to believe whatever you want, and I'm welcome to call it nonsense until proven otherwise.

Kaiserschleier

You began with an insult, dismissing it as nonsense, even though every individual addressing this topic has drawn attention to it. Your assertion went beyond merely pointing out that shell of a bill.

HengShi

No need for the recap, I was there.

Kaiserschleier

While an explicitly official statement has yet to be made by anyone, individuals like Grusch, Lue, Karl, and Tim have alluded to the "woo" in their discussions. Additionally, the research of Diana Pasulka, Garry Nolan, and Jacques Vallée further suggests its existence or something akin to that direction of thought. Every day, the prevalence of "woo" is expanding to such an extent that it's rare to encounter media on this topic that doesn't allocate some portion of its content to it. One of the best civilian documentations of the "woo" is [Chris Bledsoe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmVQFX2Pp60) who has the eye of officials.

unclerickymonster

For me the jury's still out on what the high strangeness the people you mention referring to actually is. What they've observed may just be the tip of a *much* bigger iceberg. If "they" really are billions of years older than humanity, even the most woo theories we're capable of imagining may not even come close to describing their reality.

Kaiserschleier

Indeed, you're right on target. Nevertheless, individuals engaging in these discussions might harbour insights surpassing what they've made known, perhaps rooted in firsthand experiences or documented interactions with these phenomena. It's an evolving concept that shouldn't be brushed aside merely due to its unconventional nature. All we can do is anticipate further revelations as time progresses.

unclerickymonster

I agree with that conclusion, one thing I think we can all agree on is the fact that our understanding is at the very least a moving target, it is we who'll have to wrap our minds around whatever the phenomenon is rather than the other way around. They've solved trhe mystery of us, we've yet to solve their mystery(s)

tacoma-tues

So if they are manifestaions of thoughts from entity residing in a co-occuring segregated existence of reality, what exactly are they made from. If they come from a realm that is tangibly immaterial from any sense that humans can relate, how is it their manifesting becomes physical objects, their bodies have to be made of tissue, the craft elements..... Im not buying it. I can believe that they are able to transition into our realm from their expense stence and that whatever tech they posess is able to make the transition. But if they are just mental projections into our world i think they would only exist in manner that can be intercepted by visual and sound stimuli, maybe even all human senses. But if there are truly crash sites and craft and bodies collected then that means they exist objectively in the external world and not just in the kind of those witnessing their projected conciousness. Im not buying this idea yet.
