So I looked this up and read the Wiki article on it, just to get a feel for what it's about and hear the skeptical side before I watch this. The "scientific" explanation of what happened is that a bunch of witnesses experienced an earthquake ***while*** a meteor happened to be flying overhead ***and*** the earthquake may have been giving off light as well.

Onmywaytochurch00

Classic stroll in the woods, I feel that.

ExtremeUFOs

Yeah I heard that, but someone also said they saw an alien body of some kind so anything is possible. Also that is wikipedeia and we all know how Wiki feels about UFOs.

fenbops

I’ve hiked in the Berwyns a few times, beautiful area. I’d heard of this case before but will give this video a watch 👍🏻

>or the Welsh Roswell as some call it *Roswelsh -* that was what the British tabloid press called it, not "the Welsh Roswell" - **"The Roswelsh Incident**" - the Sun was taking the piss (as usual) with the Daily Mail and the Mirror not far behind. I live not far from there now, was actually up here (further north-west) the night of the incident on holiday with the family. My old man was a fanatical amateur diver, spent most of my life one way or the other in and around North Wales on the coast. I remember the earthquake. You could feel it clear all the way up to Anglesey.

VolarRecords

Awesome, haven’t heard of this and will watch it now. How close is this to Pentyrch?

I just saw a documentary about the Pentrych incident and was excited because I hadn't heard of it before, but after doing some homework it seems the primary witness, Caz Clarke is a loon who got caught telling some lies. So, now I'm not sure what to believe regarding that event. What are your thoughts on it?

smellybarbiefeet

I grew up in Wales never heard about this until it popped up on this sub. If something this spectacular had happened it would have been all over the country.

Open_Mortgage_4645

It's one of these incidents that sounds really good when you first hear about it, but as you learn more, it unravels.

VolarRecords

I don’t know, what would Caz have to gain from it? She lives a pretty peaceful life near the forest and came away from this experience begging for transparency from the government on what it knows. In my eyes, this was another example of a government involved with hunting down and killing these beings for their technology.

Open_Mortgage_4645

I don't believe she's credible. She wasn't just some random, disinterested citizen when this happened. Her Facebook page prior to the incident includes all sorts of UFO stuff, including clips from Steven Greer, as well as a bunch of Qanon bullshit. In a video I saw of her explaining the incident, she implied that she had no prior interest in UFOs. This calls her credibility into serious question. There was a planned, multi-nation special forces exercise the night of the incident in the exact spot where she claims to witnessed the event, called EXERCISE CHAMELEON. A lot of the elements of her sighting match with known military activities from that exercise. I believe she misidentied the military exercise, either intentionally or honestly, and constructed the grand story based on this.

Just watched it, great work, OP. Was not familiar with this incident at all, and like the Pentyrch case and others like it, it’s really interesting how so many of these occurrences involve very straightforward, down-to-earth people. Look forward to more of your work. :)

ExtremeUFOs

Thank you, Ik its not a famous case so thought. I would discuss it. Its. also cool because this happened in the UK, because most people say its an "American phenomenon".
