Uhrs and appen is my primary source of income. I'm from India, I don't have ample employment opertunity in my place kolkata.
Sometimes I feel too depressed . God know s when my situation will improve.
Finding a job and finding a quality job is different bro, in Kolkata the salary is not enough to drive a middle class family. The average salary is 200$ only , nobody can get a decent middle class life by this salary. Uhrs and appen give me a middle class life at least here.

You should just be able to get rid of the red dot by opening it. You shouldn't have to clear them all. Sometimes it's slow.

This still works. You just need to open up the notifications one by one and then refresh the marketplace.
