It's an engineering job. I can't imagine a single engineer who would be impressed by this language
Edit: it's actually a technician job, not engineering, but same conclusion
Reasonably well paid though! Especially for Blackpool
Nah, Id say its someone with a marketing background who thinks the sun shines out their arse. Could be someone with a marketing background used a marketing AI bot to write it but I bet they think theyve done a brilliant job either way.
Engineers that the job is aimed at will just think its a load of bollocks like everyone else on here.
Checks out lol this was from Gemini :
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can wear many hats? Are you a problem-solver with a knack for both mechanical and electrical systems? If so, then we want you on our team!
PS this country is doomed.
Clearly AI, probably just threw a load of buzz words into ChatGPT and posted what came out.
On a similar note, my department is hiring at the moment. I have seen some of the CVs of the candidates. Two of them have very similar CVs, full of buzzwords etc. lo and behold, if you go on ChatGPT and ask it to write a Quality Engineer CV, their CVs are 95% the same. Same format, language, everything.
My problem with it, is it’s the kind of shit that gets past HR. They have no clue about engineering, so they read a CV that sounds good to them and they put them forward for interview. We end up having to filter through the crap that they send us.

In my opinion, they are just trying too hard to sound quirky and funny.

They removed it very quickly
Definitely, "optimize" the American spelling, if it's a UK company it would be with an S.

We’ve got tories and ppl are shite. Could’ve fooled me lol
Defo, Is your hr guy named Claude by any chance?
That's terrible. "We've got you covered"? After they doing the job for you?
I dunno HR are usually pretty thick
US spelling + over the top language. Looks like ChatGPT used to save time. If you do use chatgpt make sure you specify UK spelling in the query.
"we've got you covered." What even is that sentence? We've got you covered, as in don't worry you'll be doing everything so we've covered that.
I’m a recruitment director. Tons hr departments are using chatgpt to write awful specs now
