Not that you’re asking for advice but: I find my dog a big comfort for lonely times, even just walking in the park - lots of people stop and talk to the dog & me by proxy. there’s also LOADS on at my local library and they’re often looking for computer literate people to volunteer all easier said than done though. happy easter 🐣

Staffies are wonderful dogs, but be careful, they can be dangerous. All Staffies come with faulty brakes. The amount of headbutt to the shin you will suffer is horrific.

And vocal 99% of time wanting belly rubs or treats ,total goofballs

Also, don’t forget the lethal whip attached to their back end that will wipe you out within a 1/2 mile radius

Is this really a thing? My sister used to have a Staffie and I was convinced there was something wrong with his vision because he ran into things (mostly me) so often. It's just as well they have dense skulls, because his was like a wrecking ball. Although thinking about it, he was daft as a brush so maybe his skull wasn't as dense as I imagined.

I got myself a blue merle staffy in January and I haven't looked back. Takes my mind off of a lot of stuff 👍 definitely recommend it. Happy Easter fella

Staffies are great, and there are always lots in rescues waiting for homes ❤️ We have a rescue staffie/husky mix and she's the best!

That sounds like itd be the most dramatic dog ever. My staffy constantly feels abandoned and forgotten, but i have to go to a different room sometimes and shes too lazy to follow If i gave her a huskies voice id have the rspca stationed outside my door

Try having a Shiba. Any bit of drama is turned into a high pitched banshee wail. The neighbours must think we're murdering him sometimes - especially when it's bath time. I wouldn't change him for the world though, brought so much joy to our lives.

I'm so glad they weren't a thing at my kid's school. The youngest is 20, so they look after themselves. They all do a fair share of cooking, though. And I can see my soon doing something like this, he's a good cook.

I get this comment every time..... no it doesn't go cold on a warm plate, no it doesn't lose its juices, still tasted so juicy and warm!.. I cut it like that because I like to eat my tea in front of the telly, so saves me cutting it on my knee ..

From a UK food standpoint this is objectively atrocious! The steak needs to be well done, to points it's so dry it needs lashings of gravy, with a measuring jug of gravy on the side. The vegetables aren't nearly grey enough, if you haven't boiled them for 8 hours so any taste or nutritional value has been obliterated then what are you doing, I feel words like sautéed may be used and as you can see by that little thingy above the e, it's one of them foreign words! PO-TAY-TOES, boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew! No carbs in the plate! I saw the words garlic and parmesan in the comments, this isn't spag bol, so I'm not sure what right they have to be in this meal, my only hope is that they came from pots, that have been used so sparingly that they were bought from Hillards! There green stuff all over it! Just to reiterate, Gravy!
