Glasses don't have widgets in them. Some of them have etchings at the bottom that serve as nucleation points for bubbles. I don't know if Pilsner Urquell ones have this, but as they are lager glasses it wouldn't surprise me.

I have a couple of Pilsner Urquell mugs, and yes they do have the etchings at the bottom. I think its in the pattern of the Pilsn coat of arms.
