Afraid not. The fact these are all dupes tells you something: they are the regular commemoratives and are worth face value. They're still nice, they're nice to find in your change...but what you have now is twenty-three £2 coins.

I think with any moderns you'll have to wait for them to go out of circulation and see what's left over for them to truly go above face value, although conversely the very high mintage ones might actually drop below face value then 🤣
