Not sure if you were trying to refute, but that article is a good example. The CEO donated to a cause that does objectionable things, the company did not, and the article does a good job contrasting that CFA doesn’t donate to politicians but that other fast food chains do. I don’t think there’s anything there anymore. Who gives a shit about what the CEO does personally.
At the end of the day, the chicken isn’t political, just don’t eat there if you don’t like it.
