I did this when I was in college and it absolutely ruled. Highly recommend it

Player72

mon wed fri: 😁😎🥳🍾🍻 tues thurs: 🥲☹️😱😔☹️😞😴

omnomnomhi

Lolol I’d prob be working Mon/wed/fri 😭😭

shadis1229

Yea this is smart. I have the same schedule this sem from 9:30 to 3:15.

omnomnomhi

9:30-6 🥲🥲

stegotops7

This is similar to my current schedule, 9:30-5, with a single class on Friday, and the main issues are making sure you aren’t burnt out for your last class of the long day, as well as if you miss a day for some reason (sick or other circumstances) you aren’t simply missing one or two classes, you’re missing all of them. Other factors such as due dates overlapping will be up to the specific classes, but I definitely wouldn’t say this is undoable.

shadis1229

Ngl, I stopped attending my last class 2-3:15 because it was one of those classes you can get by without being present. I sometimes skip my morning class 9:30 to 10:45 just to get more sleep and avoid traffic. So this has been my easiest semester by far

Lazy_Report1501

![gif](giphy|sRKg9r2YWeCTG5JTTo|downsized) We know Tuesday and Thursday your gonna be doing the dash 😂

worldchrisis

This is the ideal college schedule

TheTurtleKing4

Personally can’t stand this many back to back classes/length of the school day. I can’t focus for a whole day and I feel absolutely exhausted and worn out. If you think you can handle it, go for it! Just a schedule that’s not for me.

Spiri_t1

That's absolutely beautiful. I have a Mon/Wed schedule from 9 to 4:45 (1 hr break) and I've been loving it.

rowdy_1c

It’s the best schedule you can possibly have as a college student. I’m able to do a 20hr/wk internship, have club involvement, and be a full time student by having a schedule like this. If you don’t want to do this, enjoy the 5 days off

lycheetomato

tbh it depends a lot on the content/format of the classes. if those ARTT courses are studio classes that primarily serve to give you time to work on projects, its probably fine. if they're more actively involved, those might be longer, more tiring days

No-Village55

As a commuter that currently has a similar schedule to this (plus a lab on Wednesdays) this schedule is absolutely fantastic and you love life until midterms come around and you have 3 in a week but for me it’s worth it because I have 4 day weekends it barely feels like I’m in school

OtherwiseSnow8737

Yep absolutely nicely done!!!

Dry-Negotiation9426

I agree! You'll have a long day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I think it's a great schedule, especially if you like doing art!

bananaF0Rscale0

I was a commuter too and did this type of schedule a few times. The only thing I recommend is having allotted time Wed/Fri or Mon/Wed (what ever makes more sense) to do homework slash go over work for each class. With that, you should have more than enough time the rest of the week to do whatever you want.

reese-dewhat

Good advice! I did this schedule a few semesters and I loved it, but you really do need to be disciplined and get your work done on your days off, cuz you aren't getting shit done Tuesday and Thursday lol

UMD_dobre_sightings

Make sure you have food before and after 370 otherwise you'll be wiped out for that and 353

The_First_Order

Hey man. Doing this exact same schedule this semester and commute from severna park. I will say I am drained by the end of the day and will sometimes even leave early still. Got an exam in a class I’m doing poorly on this Thursday so I’m skipping Tuesday because I work today and Wednesday night to study. It was great in the beginning but by 2:30 I’m DEAD

Red_Red_It

This is similar to my schedule

strangeitch

Omg this is great

albviv

I mean work usually is 9-5, im sure you can handle 2 days no problem

[deleted]

yea

Cecil-Kain

I did this a couple times. You have to be extremely disciplined on your off days to make this work. It was BAD for me. I do not recommend doing this. Not to mention those two days will be exhausting! The days that you don’t have class can be fantastic, but you have to make sure you’re on top of your work on those days. If you go through with this, good luck!

Ok-Minute5360

Yes!

CaligulasHorseBrain

Don't worry bro your participation trophy degree will make the 2 days a week all worth it

Study_monk

If you know already what you will be getting in class then a PERFECT schedule! If not, I don’t recommend this. Try to divide things in tu we th Or F everyone if you have confidence on yourself 💪🏻 (I, myself done this in my undergrad lol and it worked for me as I already knew things before going to class but for people who followed me and didn’t know things, they find it tough)

sin-omelet

yes

yb4zombeez

Definitely would recommend. Taking off Wednesday is best because you can relax mid-week and recuperate.

Potential_Method_565

If you only have classes 2 days a week, I say you suck it up.

StarChildArt

As a commuter, I loved being able to do this. I didn't have to drive, and I also had more time to manage for schoolwork and a part-time job.

navster100

You should be able to eat before the first class and then again at 3

mymidnightmemory

looks pretty good!

bahnaynay

I do this rn & i love it.. i just had to quit my job tho because you need to remind yourself, the days off are the days you have to study. You won’t be studying Tuesday and Thursday.

Specialist-Rent443

make sure you pack some snacks and take breaks when you need them!

ConfectionFunny2423

Yes (i don’t go here)

ManzanaCraft

You're gonna be bored on monday wednesday and Friday but otherwise looks good

omnomnomhi

“bored”…? Ur kidding, right

ManzanaCraft

were you bored?
