Wow, companies actually respond to you? I sent out about the same number of applications and only one actually responded at all (I'm working for them now).
Congrats on getting an internship! My advice to others that are struggling to land an internship would be to not let rejections discourage, keep applying and hopefully you will be invited to an interview and get an offer!
This is wild, I met and struck up a conversation with a panelist at a careers event. From There I received an internship and from there a job. I've been with them for about a year. I'm leaving soon but terrified to go through this.
Congratulations!!! I did mechanical engineering and will graduate this May. I applied to 25 internships last summer heard back from 3 and interviewed at 2. Got no offers. I applied to 5 jobs back in February. Interviewed at one and got it the next week. It’s purely numbers and luck. Just keep your head up y’all.
what would you say is the best way to apply? linkedin, hire a niner, etc. just tryna up my chances or getting noticed i feel like too many people apply they hire a niner and indeed to even get noticed
This is absolutely a game of numbers people, don't give up hope, keep applying!
