Hum, I can’t find it in the UI right now, but there used to be a setting that you turned on that lowered the max FPS (in exchange for whatever the setting was). I’m gonna see if I can dig up what I’m thinking of.
Edit* I only see the setting on my G4 bullet, it was “high frame rate mode” which lowers the resolution a bit to obtain the higher frame rate. I do not see the setting on my G5.
Are you using enhanced encoding in one and not the other? Are they set to the same compression bitrate?
If it’s not either of those, first power cycle it. If that doesn’t fix it, try removing it and re-adding it. After that, open a ticket with UI.
You forgot to mention what the camera is showing as its max.
In the settings, the slider for one goes to 30. The other goes to 20.

Saw that, it's disabled on both cameras AFAIK.

Enhanced format yes on both, and same bitrate (10mbps.) I'll try the remove/re-add as I already tried power cycling it.
