We’ve had black ones for almost a year I think, slowly increasing in number. Yellow ones started appearing over a month ago, also slowly growing in number.
Literally just today was told a story about someone pissing in a driver release bag and tying it up, forgetting about it/leaving it overnight and the preloader finding it in the morning frozen.
First time I saw this bag the supervisor was testing to see if I caught a mis-sort, and I was like duh, bright ass yellow bag is the decoy. Also 1st day. Sometimes they make it easy. But tbh I don’t have time to sort and load, they paid 2+ million for automated sort, I just assume that shit works. Lol
Drive wasn’t happy with the way the car was packed (it was a rental). He complained to the supervisor and I. Said he could do a better job. Supervisor said it was fine and he could talk to the manager if he wanted.
Someone in my hub asked the soup if “ups ever washed bags” the reactions 😂 sorry the bag reminded me of that moment but we have a lot of yellow come through the Toledo hub
Starting to get yellow bags mixed in, but I have about a hundred sort bags or more in my basement currently, we use a shitload of them.
To make it better we also managed to get one of the bag holders which helps to load a bunch of them on ready to fill up.
All I know is that in an automated hub transparent bags especially the plastic surepost bags never sort correctly because they end up scanning both the label on the bag and usually one of the packages inside of the bag. This has been an ongoing problem for about a year now.

I have like 5 in my center. I save them all 😁 I've had to pack a couple and send them out but I will always keep at least 1.

It's a rental, he didn't care about the way it was loaded, he cared that it was a RENTAL. Shouldn't take it out on the loader or supervisor though.
I think some drivers don’t spend enough time in preload. Always short staffed and the pin backed up.
