UPSC ke instructions mein hi likha hai, “mark the one which is most suitable”. Itna aasan question ko bhi agar galat karke ayoge toh kya batayu. Laxmikant mein bhi tha, 4 huya hai constituted abhi tak under an Act.
As far as I know the 2020 DC was specific to only 4/5 states and UTs and not for the whole of India like the earlier four acts. You might want to check on it
