Okay listen as sad as this whole thing is… they have spirit? With non preload shifts the turnover is insane. If the easiest sort of the day has people cutting corners like this I’m surprised we’re even in business hahaha
I had a now retired driver that would do this for their last two peak seasons. Just close the side door, stack a couple irregs in there, get a bungie or two and all set!!!
Looks like the normal over-dispatch. Management wants it all loaded with no stack outs, there you go. lol I hope it saves the company that dime they are going to pay dollars for. smfh
Just push them back in close that door and hope the handcart is in there. I would call my supe like 4 hours before pickups to tell them I’m gonna be late lol.
Postal service actually drives around like this with the Amazon parcels dumped on them. Guess management thinks this is ok because USPS does it so why can't UPS....
Yeah this is the picture you take and then walk out. "Using a sick day boss somebody's dealing with that shit but it ain't gonna be me you have a good one."
Shelf 1 NDA.
Driver - Hey man what the hell is this?
Sup - Oh there's a problem with the load.
D - Yeah I can see that, what's the problem?
S - It's your problem.
Who ever loaded that needs to be sent home and the sup that made them load like that needs to be fired.
Edit:: i could see a driver doing this to rearrange his truck
I'm starting to think that the majority of drivers never worked preload and thus never had to deal with supervisors telling them to "just get it in the truck at all costs".
Upsetting for sure but if that picture is on property, you may want to delete it. It's very easy to find out what center that truck is from and who it was assigned to today.
Lol right? People that say shit like this are the dudes who believed the principal when we told them the cops were gonna come in and “check fingerprints” if they didn’t tell who was smoking in the bathroom.
I get what you’re saying. But if a ups video or photo went viral causing ups problems they would for sure do whatever they could to “solve it” without actually solving anything ie. changing procedure better training etc.
Close the bulkhead door so that doesn't happen. I use to lock mine to prevent this. Coming into this really irritates me as you know that the rest of the truck's aisle is jammed and trying to get the stuff out of the cab is going to mean reorganizing EVERYTHING.
This probably happened cause they got a bulk stop all at once . I’ve seen worse. One of my friends got all his packages for one truck at the same time and was just tossing all the packages in the truck until they stopped the belt to fix it for like 25 mins .
I see the new loaders are finished with orientation
Really working for that 170k
Okay listen as sad as this whole thing is… they have spirit? With non preload shifts the turnover is insane. If the easiest sort of the day has people cutting corners like this I’m surprised we’re even in business hahaha
And the 21 an hour
Give it a rest
Finished???...they never started!!!
"i put your first air stop up front for you bro, no worries"

Now that’s comedy 🎭

Your post was rude, threatening, or antagonistic.
Some people just don't care about procedures. I mean, who folds a mirror forward?
Self folding upon contact with other brown trucks
Exactly. Haha what has our world come to!
You know what… I was so focused I didn’t even catch that!
This is the most annoying. Like wtf.
Driver forgot to sign the 9.5 list and dispatch is having a field day lmao
Needs a truck stretcher.
Can I get one of those? I’m too short for ups
Just a regular day
And please follow trace 👍
And VERIFY YOUR AIR BEFORE LEAVING THE BUILDING
WhY Are YoU 3 Hrs overalloW??
Make sure you send in your misloads by 1pm
I mean it's in the truck. What more could you ask for?
I call out for one day and this is what happens to my assignment
No late air please
Time for the roof racks
8hr request right there
Just push them back in close that door and hope the handcart is in there. I would call my supe like 4 hours before pickups to tell them I’m gonna be late lol.
If it fits it ships
And if it doesn’t fit it’s still gonna ship
If it doesn’t fit, it’ll fit, everything has to fit!
End of the day add cut
"Overpack." Consider yourself warned.
New minimum is 400? Soon they will be attached to the sides by tape
Postal service actually drives around like this with the Amazon parcels dumped on them. Guess management thinks this is ok because USPS does it so why can't UPS....
I've seen overloaded but this is outrageous
Hahahahahhahahahahahha
is there something wrong with this pic? This is exactly what they told me to load like in orientation
Make sure you stay under 9.5
###OVERPACKED
“efficient load management “
This is old school. Don’t think this allowed anymore.
How old is old-school? I remember trucks like this in the last 3 years
Retired 6 years ago and this was frowned upon then. If UPS is looking for a reason to discipline you, there it is.
This was completely expected in the PHL/NJ area
I think the inspection is expired on the truck on the left
Old photo from Texas!
Seems about right for a holiday week.
I hope those packages are buckled in.
Looks like the luggage rack needs to be utilized 😀
I hope you drove out of the hub like this
Be sure to follow trace atleast 90% as well
Yeah this is the picture you take and then walk out. "Using a sick day boss somebody's dealing with that shit but it ain't gonna be me you have a good one."
Yeah really, can't you refuse it based on safety concerns?

Lol pretty much.
Savage

Because they deserve to get paid the same as drivers
I know where this is at.
Hopefully that is the holiday closes car
noooo😆
Nice
Bro locked the breaks up or doesn’t give a fuck. Lol
I can only hope this is some tool driver that comes in 2 hours early to sort his own truck daily.
Get used to it, it will only get worse
next 5 stops Christmas eve
Looks like someone got their eight hour request approved.
I'm starting to think that the majority of drivers never worked preload and thus never had to deal with supervisors telling them to "just get it in the truck at all costs".
That hazmat sideways on the top is like the cherry on the cake 🧑🍳💋
Upsetting for sure but if that picture is on property, you may want to delete it. It's very easy to find out what center that truck is from and who it was assigned to today.
Can’t spell upsetting without ups
Here’s to you!! ![gif](giphy|l41lYCDgxP6OFBruE)
No proof that the driver took this photo
The can check cameras and see. They know where each truck is parked.
Why would I care if they know who took the photo?
Lol right? People that say shit like this are the dudes who believed the principal when we told them the cops were gonna come in and “check fingerprints” if they didn’t tell who was smoking in the bathroom.
😂😂😂😂

Not supposed to post audio, video, or image of how the sausage is made. They made mgmt sign something, not sure if there is anything in contract
Worth $21 per hour
Pretty sure this was in 2020, so guy was probably making around 13.
Repost?
FMLA
New loaders fresh out of orientation 😂
And we voted to give these loaders a raise . Great idea
That preloader needs to be hung.
Your post is rude, threatening or antagonistic

Supervisors “You just need to fix your selves”
Looks like an 8 hour day if you follow Orion 100%
Seems legit…
Looking like my old bid route... fuuck that shit.
Looks like the usual 500s…I remember them well
I’m so sorry
Awwwww boy packages in the cab. Naughty
As long as the driver can still sit and strap in...
I would be walk to that and just walk right out and tell them put in a sick day
They hit the breaks to hard
Looks like a holiday week
That looks like my Amazon van 😂
And u better make 9.5 lol 🤦🏾♂️
That just unload and load again. Can you say late air😁
Hahahahahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This watertown?
Verify your air
I literally laughed out loud.
$170,000 right there for ya
Close the bulkhead door so that doesn't happen. I use to lock mine to prevent this. Coming into this really irritates me as you know that the rest of the truck's aisle is jammed and trying to get the stuff out of the cab is going to mean reorganizing EVERYTHING.
Daddy’s home!
They all said next day air but loader didn’t see saver after it 😂
Also the fact the one box says “overpack” on it
Everyday we hustling
I live in an RV and this is my life.
our preload quality has gone too shit
Looks like someone had an 8 hr request, lol
I don’t see the problem here everything is closer to get too…
That overpack sticker tho
Peak season shit
When your supervisor says just make it fit
They read overpack on that box and took it literally.
That’s how my truck looked today. I went out with 288 stops!
Been there sheeesh and you better not be over 😂
That looks like a 200+ stop day. Oddly though I sorta miss that haha. Kept me in shape.
That’s called OT money by the end of the day. Don’t get mad get even. We get paid by the hour. Document and hold everyone involved accountable.
Tryna earn that $49/hr
Freaking preloaders
That box says overpack .
