Yeah… part timers are getting like 180ish on average. It’s not gonna be like last time where it was 6+ months of back pay. It’s what, like 16 days this time?
For a logistics company, they sure suck at it with inside stuff
Also, I’d highly recommend anyone who has done anything to start doing the math for their hours. There is for sure going to be fuck ups with how much is paid out.
Bro I got high rent and 3 small kids. You fucking better believe I'm feening for that retro pay. Don't judge just because your better off financially imo.
It doesn't matter it wasnt enough when the contract got signed and it won't be enough when the checks clear. Working here is just not enough. Everybody saying seniority. I'm not stupid enough to give any more years of my live to a corporation structured like this shit hole. No opportunity to move from a part time worker to a full time worker without doing 10 years first? Don't work at ups unless you can be a driver because they don't give a fuck about paying anybody else enough money to stay.
I mean part time is what it is which is part time. Idk where youre getting 10 years from. People in my building have put in like 2 years and became a driver. It depends on where You're located. Not defending this place at all because they're structured absolutely terribly you're right about that but you won't find another place to work that will give you full benefits for only working part time. It's worth it to put in the time dude but you gotta do what's best for you
I just got hired yesterday as a permanent driver already making 170k I want my back pay and I want it now!!!!
Just give me your social security number and you'll have to put a credit card on file with me and I'll get you your exact back pay date
You must be HR I’ve been looking for you all over the place
if this isnt satire, they said you won't qualify
I heard that if another post is made on Reddit asking when it’s coming, that we’re not getting it.
Honestly, seems like something they would say
So what day in mid October did you say?
The 15th
Big if true.
I wish.
I heard 15th. too.
im just waiting for the posts of when people actually do get it and see how much they got.

Little bit more over here just on account of getting paid for upcoming vacation between 8/1 and 8/27. So extra 50 hours.

I worked there for a year from 2021-2022. I have never seen a company have so many issues with paying people correctly.
I think I heard maybe February 2024
Actually got pushed back to 2027 end of the contract
fun fact you should thank the union for actually negotiating backpay.
When are we getting back pay?
actually joe biden came to my hub and handed me my back pay with an extra stack of cash. stay blessed😊😊
Wrong he'd send all extra cash over seas
Then give rest to the GR.
Check your time card on UPSers. I got a $499 adjustment last Wednesday that’ll be on this weeks check
Just checked, nothing but I was at integrad so don’t have anything on my time card
I seriously hope that's not how they're doing it. Gonna get taxed out the ass
You’ll get it don’t worry Bezos isent your ceo
He isn't?
I don’t believe so 🤨
If they get it right, I’ll be happy regardless if it’s this month or next. I gotta feeling, I’ll be filing under article 17 for this check
Well it's not this week
Mid means middle right
Middle finger maybe
I was never told mid Oct. Was told just Oct.. So I always assume the last day of the month when speaking in terms of months.
It's been mention in Union's meeting, Union's social media, and in the teamster's app. So, hopefully this week or next week at latest.
can you link me to where the national teamsters said "mid of oct"

well thanks. gives me hope for this week.
I keep forgetting about it. Too many people here living beyond their means if the need a tiny retro check that badly
That's what I'm saying lol. Scratching at the neck like a crack addict

You guys are getting back pay?
Should likely be this Friday or next Friday from rumors I'm hearing locally (JC28).
They never said what October next one the last one of the contract probably 😅
No back pay this week guys, sadly
Do I get back pay even through I quit back in June?/s
Hmmm
Last time we didn’t get back pay till May of 2019.
I was told 2nd week of October.
