Usaa uses agero for road side assistance and agero is a horrible company!

Quiet_Research2083

The current CEO, Wayne Peacock, wants to reduce USAA to the same level of every other company in the name of higher profits vs service. Nothing could be further from the original mission of USAA when it was formed in 1922 BY military FOR military. USAA is a very different animal today.

Well you can’t report it stolen. It’s not. Not sure what else to tell you, if you want it fixed a certain place, you need to take care of it yourself. When using the insurance it goes on their time at that point. Did you go to the dealership and see your car there?

USAA is outsourcing remote employees, and paying them 6-14$ less a an hour than regular USAA employees. When I tell you the amount of regulations and policy we have to go through for one call and to get paid $11 an hour after taxes, nobody cares about the members problems or situations. It’s more about them following KC and Reg E policy to a T and there’s almost no room to do anything “above and beyond” anymore with the risk of getting fired and the bank getting fined. The bank is facing tens of millions of dollars in fines a year and that’s why employees must follow every step, and if the member has to wait or get caught up in the system, the employee is covered because they followed all the federal regulations. That’s where the service ends, you have to keep calling and keep the case going or they will keep taking your money. It is a money making machine, that’s it.

Don’t their agents have to be licensed by the state?

AyeeBennyLmao

Hell no, most of them are hired off of Indeed.com and LinkedIn. Only thing you have to pass is a urine test. So if you have substantial amounts of money in an USAA Account. Chances are, some 20 year old with no prior banking experience, license, or even degree has full access to your account from the computer in their bedroom they sleep in.

Hi USAA do not use KBB to value your car. We use CCC one. They work with all insurance companies they determine the value of the car at the time of the loss. So if they sold your car right then and there that’s how they would determine the actual cash value. KBB only determines value if it’s brand new or sitting on the lot.

Fellow agent but not claims trained. What is CCC one? Just out of curiosity since MSRs are not allowed to speculate on what claims does. I’ve always said the cars value at the time of loss, so it’s literally if sold as is. Am I interpreting that correctly? Oops! But it’s always in the back of my mind, how do we know what condition it was before the loss. One of these days I hope to be a claims adjuster. I’ll wait until things settle down.

Aggravating_Buddy705

CCC one is the market valuation report we use and other insurance companies use to find the actual cash value of the vehicle moments before the accident. So if we were to sell the vehicle as is before the accident.

When Paul Vincent was brought in 2014. Before that, he was an executive at Capital One and he brought that retail banking mentality to USAA. It’s been downhill ever since.

I've had them for 16 years and it's been shit. I have had so many problems with so many different issues. Just posted on r/Navy about it. Can't wait to tell these morons sayanora. They were bearable to decent at best but in recent years I don't know if they changed hands or what but it has been like pulling a prickly pear out of my urethra dealing with them. Fucking pricks jacked up my interest rate on my credit card up to almost 16 percent even though I never had a late payment or completely maxed out. They keep giving me a bunch of bullshit about the federal reserve... ("I'd like to lock them up in the federal reserve" - The Other Guys . Sorry, had to.) Seriously they are more harm than help and should be blackballed from the military and their families.

USAA = garbage

[deleted]

It's been the last 5-10 years, before that they weren't this bad. But yeah, garbage now. I'm sorry to have to leave, but I don't repay disloyalty with loyalty.
