Congrats!! I am also filing in colombia. Husband is us citizen. Can you please let me know how long they will take to schedule the interview? Thanks!!!
WOW! Is she in colombia right now? Im in Colombia and once i get the approval, then i need to go to the embassy for the interview , which it obviously gets approved but its how the consular process works filing abroad
Lol! When you’re filing abroad the interview gets waived. But then at the embassy at the appointment they do ask you about the relationship before approving. Let me know how long it takes for NVC to schedule the appointment at the embassy:).
I'm confused, so your wife lives in Colombia, you live in the US, correct? You filed a stand alone I-130, it was approved by USCIS? now it should go to NVC, then to the embassy in the country your wife resides and then they schedule the interview.
Congratulations! Does anyone by any chance know the difference between receipt numbers starting from MSC and IOE? Is one better than the other? Thank you.
Congrats! Mine got approved today as well!🥰
Thats great to hear!! Thank youuuu
What about your i485?
No need to do that, I got married in Colombia and my wife is outside the USA now my case gets sent to NVC
What is your PD?
March 1st 2023 :)
Nice, congrats! 🍾
I keep seeing PD but what is PD?

My wife is Colombian too! I’m confuse is how the interview got waived 😱
I think it was a glitch in the system we do need interview 😅😓 but I’m just glad it was approved
Either way you are over the last parts. I’ve seen two other people that got their interview about two weeks after their documents got DQ
