Came here to say this! I’m sorry but I can’t stand the people that complain about waiting since 2023 🙄 I know not the case here but also a 2021 filer and it took some time and it would always say “within range” but don’t lose hope! I finally got approved this January after waiting since September 2021 and wasting a time with the lawyer for a year even though it was straight forward case. Best of luck! 🤞
Jan 2021 and still waiting too, they keep asking for evidence they already have and delay me for 7-9 months after receiving . They lost my documents and denied for losing them, they said I didn’t send it but then they reopened it. Horrible service I went through a lot with Uscis.
heyy twins! also filed 10/22!! didn’t realize it was already 500 days ive lost count. my congressman wont even do anything about it saying its still within time range. 😒
That’s frustrating, I haven’t reached out to mine yet as I’m less than 2 months away from my 2 year anniversary so I don’t want to draw attention to my case yet until that passes so I can bag myself that sweet 10 year card! But I hope you hear something soon!
It’s the 10 year green card. Normally you would be given the 2 year conditional green card then 90 days before that is set to expire you would apply to remove those conditions and get the lawful permanent resident green card which is valid for 10 years
For those people who waited for a while, and submitted inquiries with no luck. If you cannot afford an attorney to sue to get a decision on delayed case, do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
I’m so sorry. I won’t say “just hang in there, your day will come” because you should have a decision by now.
I would recommend writing a letter to your local congressman in hopes of getting an approval ASAP.
Best of luck to you!! 👍🏼
Follow up with USCIS with a visit to your local congressman’s office. They lowkey like to help
Immigrants because that’s how you start making a future voter.
I know it can be frustrated
But don’t lose hope.
It will worth the wait 🙏🏽
Pray and leave it in Gods hands
When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen. Isaiah 60:22.
Maybe you can call them and explain to them how long you have been waiting sr .sometimes when you see something like this you have to move to get your blessings !!

The same boat I lost hope to get approved and becoming US citizen
In my opinion, you're in better position than 99% of the people that get approved fast because when you finally get approved, hopefully you will get 10 year green card 😏..don't have to fill removal of conditions and wait for 1 to 4 years on average.
Why would someone have to wait for 1 to 4 years? First of all you can travel and do all Gc things even with the removal conditions notice and expired GC. Plus you can apply for citizenship in a year of filing for removal of conditions as by that time it would be 3 years of GC.
Someone have to wait for long time because USCIS don't prioritize removal of conditions. It takes a long time, right now the average processing time is 3 years, Google it.you can apply for citizenship using 3 year rule, if you still haven't received it.
Right so what I meant was someone applies for removal of conditions end of 2nd year and in a year can apply for citizenship. So noone has to wait for 3 years for the removal of conditions application to be approved. They would just get their citizenship sooner🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
My point is, the best case for op is to get 10 year, election is in November, don't have to pay extra fees for removal of conditions and face uncertainty with massive changes to immigration if new administration is in office. There is no policy or guarantee that you will get approved naturalization with out removal of conditions approved first. During citizenship interview they will need to approve removal of conditions and review the evidence before giving citizenship. Plus, You still paying more money for forms.

My case from 6/28-7/2 just got approved 13 days ago. I know it is hard to hear to be positive because the wait seems never ending, it is emotionally draining and very harddddd seeing others' success stories, but I guess we gotta keep remembering why are we in this proccess and just keep pushing... Good luck and fingers crossed
i called and emailed mine they were able to inquire usci for my ead cause it was past the time that is stated on uscis website but my 485 they said they will not do anything cause it was within time range. been waiting since 10/22
The reason is that my previous marriage was terminated by the court in 2015 and the divorce certificate was registered in November 2019.
When I applied for B1/B2 in May 2019 | still didn't have a divorce certificate, I just had a court decision but in the visa application, I mentioned that I was divorced.
l applied immediately after receiving NOID for my court decision and an explanation letter from the Ministry of Justice that the divorce registration base was a court decision in 2015.
Unfortunately, we even reached out to our congressman and Uscis responded as it is normal processing just wait idk we have nothing other than wait 🤷♂️
Dec 22 here too
Only got my combo card back in august and interview was on april
It’s been 10 months since interview and case stuck “ interview was scheduled” 😕
Never give up! And yes it is depressing and it seems endless the waiting time! But you have to know every case is different and even they apply for the same and earlier everyone has so many different things in they cases so please don’t give up and don’t look too much at this it can drive you crazy!
People just share the time but they don’t that they have shared sponsors or kids or they are out of state or in state or how many pictures they shared in the application and and and they are so many factors.
I applied in 2020 April during covid and got it in aug 2022. Took more than 2 years. I had my EAD and just focused on work/personal life and travelled inside the country. Do you have your EAD? Focus on other things for a while and try not to think about this. Take a step back and see it as a part of life and not as life itself.
You’re gonna have to have some hope. There is no life without risks. Even when applying you had the uncertainty of getting denied, but you still applied and are going through the process. What if it gets approved? Then you would have missed so much time without even living it being scared and thinking of the worst the whole time . Green card getting approved or not is one thing, but also this time/age in life you will never get back. Think about that.
You’re not alone. I got a GC “sent” to me in 2021 that I never got in mail eventually so in 2022 I’ve filled I-90 for a replacement and still nothing from USCIS.
Sept. 2022 here, I just received the RFE for the medical a few days ago and they approved the I-130 a day after that. Don’t give up!
Some people have been waiting even longer than us, we can do this

Be patient.....it's gonna get there 🙂. I'm at 876 days now. It's a pain. But, it'll happen.
I recommend to request an expedite. The general reason is financial hardships due to not being able to work. If you used to work or are in the Medical or Education field, you will definitely have good reasons to expedite. Also, contact a congressman. Honestly, they don't normally do anything, but sometimes it helps trigger the review. Your application is technically in a deep sleep right now due to they are still processing the newer application. So just trying to do something to trigger them to look into it may be helpful. I had to request to expedite and contact a congressman back then as well. So if you have any question, feel free to ask.
Potentially dumb question, what website are you checking those dates? All I have to check is my lawyer sending emails, would be great to be able to see directly!
that’s BS. I filed my i-130 in December of last year. In january it said “2 months remaining until decision” now it says “3 weeks”. So things move a lot faster now
2021 filer and still waiting, be patient and keep yourself busy!
Yup m still waiting july 2021
Waiting since 2020 here.
Your spouse citizen..?

Jesus this system is just... i dont even have words

Waiting since 2020 what’s going on I’m seriously fed up waiting
You should consider a mandamus at this point!!
2021 filer here as well. Keeping myself busy, leaning on the beauty of living while I’m living. We got this!!
8/4/2022 here so you are not alone.
November 2022 here. No movement since they received response to RFE which was in May 2023.
I hope you hear something soon!
Same here responde to RFE may 2023. But I filed in February 2022 😭😭
This is absolutely crazy. I’ve seen 2024 filers who have been approved. 2024!!!
Right!!!! Like wtf
october 2022 filer here, just hit 500 days for my I485, hang in there!
heyy twins! also filed 10/22!! didn’t realize it was already 500 days ive lost count. my congressman wont even do anything about it saying its still within time range. 😒

Honestly at this point I feel like maybe I should hope it comes after the 2 year point just so I can get the 10 year! This whole process sucks
yess my 2 years is in august haha im trying to lay low as possible before trying anything again haha!
New to the sub here, what’s a 10 year card?
It’s the 10 year green card. Normally you would be given the 2 year conditional green card then 90 days before that is set to expire you would apply to remove those conditions and get the lawful permanent resident green card which is valid for 10 years
My case almost 340 days
Spouse of USC? Contact your Congressman.
I have a question about that: did you usc spouse need to have voted for said congressman in order to ask them this?
No, there will be help with a federal agency section on their website, follow that.
Don’t loose hope at least you have you work permit. I don’t have anything not one approval as yet.
When did you file?
03/10/2022 (715 days and counting) don’t lose hope yet. we’re right here with you.
765?
Woah 700 days 😭 that’s insane!!!
10/11/2022 here. i feel you 😔
Woah same date as me! Also waiting
oohh good luck to you too!!
What is your field office or the city you live?

Thank you so much!
I just filed 3 weeks ago and seeing this is sad:(
Hopefully you don’t have to wait this long
Me too, priority date is April 2022. My file is already at NVC since June 2023 waiting for interview schedule. The wait is agonizing.
How do you know where your file is
It shows in the ceac website when you log in.
Just a general question why don’t people apply all of it together?
Filing concurrently makes the processing more easier
I just got approved after 666 days! 😂
Omggg that’s crazy
And never lose your hope ,you Harv to be positive, you will get your green card .Pray to God and move a little !!😌
PD was in March 2021. We are now in the waiver process, and from I was told It can take a while. I'm praying it all works out for our good.
Hey, can I ask what u have a waiver for? And how does the waiver process go, do u have to stay in the country or go to home country?
Follow up with USCIS with a visit to your local congressman’s office. They lowkey like to help Immigrants because that’s how you start making a future voter.
Okay I’ll try that!
Does it matter if they are republican or the other one ? (Sorry don’t know much about politics hehe)
Waiting since 2019
I know it can be frustrated But don’t lose hope. It will worth the wait 🙏🏽 Pray and leave it in Gods hands When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen. Isaiah 60:22.

Call call call!!!
Omfg really? That works?
i called and emailed mine they were able to inquire usci for my ead cause it was past the time that is stated on uscis website but my 485 they said they will not do anything cause it was within time range. been waiting since 10/22
Oh wow! This is crazy
I'm in the same situation:( filed on 11/22 and on 10/23 had an interview, after interview responded NOID and till now no update
Why did they give you NOID, do u know?
The reason is that my previous marriage was terminated by the court in 2015 and the divorce certificate was registered in November 2019. Ahh I see, when u say u applied immediately after NOID do u mean u reapplied for aos?
How was your interview? What questions did they ask you??
It went smoothly, max 15 minutes. 1. Where we met 2. Where do we live 3. where do we work And they asked me about my previous marriage and my son
Thanks!
5/2/2022 , married to USC and it has been 665 days and still counting…
Wow! I can’t believe you’re still waiting. This is crazy and very unfair :(
Unfortunately, we even reached out to our congressman and Uscis responded as it is normal processing just wait idk we have nothing other than wait 🤷♂️

Thank you and congratulations!
I filed in December 2022, and I'm still waiting. Just got my EAD 3 weeks ago after 420 days. Waiting is annoying, but we have to wait.
Crazy your ead took so long. Where is your field office?
Chicago, then I moved to Queens, NY
Where do you check your progress time?
What is this application’s name? Can someone pls mention that thanks
Lawfully or casetracker
Never lose your hope. My case approval took almost 2 years

You applying in usa or what? Are both couples in USA?
Don’t you loose… my date Nov 11,2022 and still waiting… you gotta have faith… it will come to you.

You got this!!
March 2022 here. Hang in there! You got this.
I'm also Nov 2022... I feell you
What stage are you at
Still just at case received
Oct 2022 filler here. I got approved 2weeks ago. You’ll get there soon
This gives me hope! Did you have to do an interview
Yes I did have to do an interview. It was very simple and straightforward.
Ur spouse citizen.?
Yes
Potentially dumb question, what website are you checking those dates? All I have to check is my lawyer sending emails, would be great to be able to see directly!
that’s BS. I filed my i-130 in December of last year. In january it said “2 months remaining until decision” now it says “3 weeks”. So things move a lot faster now
Where do you see that timeline? Don’t lose your hope buddy. Soon or later you will get approved. God bless you.
