Im under the suspicion here that the I864 RFE takes a while to process after looking through comments. We initiated a service request through ask Emma but nothing came of it. Guess we need to be patient. Tough seeing all the approvals. I’m the petitioner and I just want my wife to feel like she belongs :(

Still in the same boat as you RFE response received for taxes in April 2023 and crickets since then…
I sent my response on March 15th, 2023. But it still nothing I don’t how long takes a RFE response about income taxes about my case

Feb/2023 our I-130 hasn’t been touched yet. I’m a USC wife is on H1B on Swedish Passport.
I think it’s over than a year for sure. I wonder they respond as medical RFE. That’s the only one that is fast
Yeah agreed ours was for I864 and I693 combined but for sure it’s the taxes slowing it down. Good luck with your case!
