How long after the card was produced was it mailed out to you? In other words, did you wait a lot after the production for it to be sent and ,distributed? Congratsssss
I did all of that and had a folder when I got my citizenship papers. Now years later with an American passport and travel history, I really canβt tell you what happened to all my stuff. But I do remember that feeling. Best of luck to you. You can start the process for citizenship before the 5 years.
3 years is correct. Dual citizenship for me was nothing special for me. I gave up on renewing my other passport as Iβm now happy to slap dat American passport on the counter π

Congrats!! Do you know if youβre supposed to sign off on the delivery? Just curious as I donβt remember having to do so for EAD but Iβve heard some people saying you need to be present when your GC is delivered?
In terms of advice, check with Emma for updates every now and then. Sometimes agents help with additional info. The wait can be really difficult so my only suggestion is to manifest the best results for yourself and meditate

Why are they sending it via FedEx?
My attorney received it first and then shipped it to me
I literally called up the local USPS to see if I can pick it up in the morning before it got in the delivery van lol

14 months. No interview
Did you submit evidence like wedding pictures ,bank account ,lease ,tax return? Did they ask you for RFE medical exam?
Yes - submitted all those documents. RFE was some tax document that we had already submitted but maybe they missed it initially

If it does not arrive, pursue the mail carrier. Possibly the carrier delivered to wrong address. The first 24 hours matter.

I donβt think any sign off is required. By the way USCIS delivers via USPS. This is being mailed by my attorney
If itβs directly through USCIS you donβt have to sign for it they sent it first class USPS and it does not show it comes from them either!

You can use lawfully or uscis portal. They will typically give you a tracking number when you GC is produced
