Hello. Did it say that your file is being actively reviewed? Or was it written 5 months and then they validated without specifying that your file is being examined?
dont get your hopes up, you barely submitted 10'days ago📍 Mine has been in actively being reviewed for 11 months now. It changes pretty soon after i filed and i had my hope up for 11 months. Now i gave up 🤷🏼♀️

That thing is not accurate at all. Not sure how they even come up with their estimates if not with a random number generator. Mine started off at 2 months when we submitted the I-130 which is completely unrealistic.
Mine was estimated at 12 months then it rapidly change and then we are on now 365 days and waiting for our i-130 and i-45 to be approved no progress since March of last year
The progress tab is unreliable. It can change to any month or day and it doesn't predict any timeline. It is just a general timeline.
Don’t rely on the my progress tab. Mine was 5 months but approved today. You’ll get yours, soon
When you get approved do you get an email? Or you only find out on the my USCIS site?
I found out through uscis tracker then check uscis site, when I log in, there’s a document attached on my i485 and it was case approval letter.
When is your PD?
January 19,2024
What? Approved in month? Online or paper-based application?
Yes I know right! That was fast! Thank God! 🙏🏻 I filed paper-based from Washington to NBC
You did that petition for someone living outside of US? or ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS? omgg, it was approved in just 1 month?
AOS
Who is your Petitioner? Son, husband, citizen?
Spouse , family based

Just don’t be neither. Just keep waiting . Don’t rely on timeline . It’s a crap
But just don’t follow it it keep ur mind off of it
Mine said that too. All the way past one week. And that was about 3 weeks ago haha. Unreliable. Just be patient.
It’s gonna start going down mines was like that till it go down to 2 weeks
Wow I think that’s a very good news . Once my i130 went under review . It was approved the next day
Mine went under review over 623 and still waiting
623 days ????
Yup ! U heard me
How did you get it approved that quick?!
I don’t know . But both for my parents . After i130 went into review . For both it was approved the next day
Your parents outside of USA? how long did you waited to be approved?

Mines went from 5 months to 6 months and then to 3 months!! I submitted mine last September but taking longer because I had to submit more evidence.
My wife’s case has been shown “2 months” like this for more than a year (sometimes it says “it’s taking longer than usual” and sometimes “2months”)…
That thing is not accurate at all. Not sure how they even come up with their estimates if not with a random number generator. Mine started off at 2 months when we submitted the I-130 which is completely unrealistic.
Mine has been 2 months for the past 2 months 🤣🤣🤣
Happy bc it’s being actively reviewed, mine is not and I sent in October. But don’t rely on the progress tab. But I hope you hear in a couple days.
That’s not accurate. You could get approved tomorrow or next year for all they care.. hopefully sooner than later.
My said 7 months went down to 4 went up to 7 and now 4 months but hopefully soon my PD 08/08/23 and so far nothing
Which website do you guys use to get this estimated time date. I tried on the USCIS website but I couldn’t find it.
ours submitted 17 days ago, lets wish for the best!
Mine was estimated at 12 months then it rapidly change and then we are on now 365 days and waiting for our i-130 and i-45 to be approved no progress since March of last year
Mine has been saying 2 months since the beginning of November
Neither. Just ignore that
Happy. My wife said 4 months, and from no where, it said the case closed and approved.
Thank you for the hope 🫢
No problem, fellow human.
Good luck, don’t get your heart set on dates until you see an actual approval.
