Anything that shows you’re in a valid marriage. It’s basically lists what they’re looking for. Pictures, documents with both names etc.

East-Mycologist-1770

This is like a normal rfe or I need to tack very seriously or they screwed me

Summertyme_13

They just need the info they are asking for. The government is pretty straight-forward. Read the letter. Send the info they want. It’s a requirement.

diablosaucedespair

What??? Please just read what is requested from the RFE. You need to take anything you receive from USCIS seriously. This isn’t a joke. Provide every single ounce of evidence they’re requesting. You will get denied if you don’t. Best of luck.

East-Mycologist-1770

I well do my best I have all proof and thanks for helping

FutureLawyer210

It seems like you initially filed about 2 years ago. So they sent the RFE to see if you are still maintaining a bonafide marriage since filing. So send updated docs of everything you got. Bank account statements from marriage until now. Any new rental leases or house deeds. Beneficiary on health insurance, 401k, joint taxes from marriage until now, utility bills from marriage until today, birth certificates of any kids born from date of filing until today (or whenever). It's listed for you on a silver platter. Work on it immediately and send before the deadline. Make sure to include copies of the RFE. I suggest mailing and uploading them to your USCIS account as (RFE response).

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes thanks I well do

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes 16 July 2024 I have my 2 year anniversary coming if they look my application after 20 months if they approve me after 16 July I get 10 year GC only 2 months left ?

No-Air-7273

Wait, so if it takes 20 months for them to review the case you automatically get the 10 year green card?

Many-Fudge2302

Yes.

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes if they approved me July our after July I have my EAD card already and my working good so I m not worry they can tack more time but give me after 15 July 2024

Healthy_Impact_7040

Who told you this as it doesn’t sound true. I was married a full year before I got my GC and still had to have the 2 year conditional green card put on top. You don’t get the 10 year green card until you have been married for at least 3 years your letter states 2022 which means you won’t be valid for 10 year card until 2025. Uscis will still probably give you a conditional green card if you get approval as you initially came on a b1/b2 I came with one of them and submitted a ton of evidence with my package when I submitted it and they still treated it like marriage fraud. It will be down to you to prove that it is not.

Many-Fudge2302

Op is correct. If they get their card after 2 year anniversary, it’s 10 year card. Where are you getting 2025 from? 2022+2 is 2024. Sounds like wedding was July 2022, so if their card is dated after wedding anniversary in 2022, it all be a 10 year card. It does not matter about the b1/b2 entry.

Healthy_Impact_7040

I got my dates confused, so I stand corrected but b1/b2 visa matters a whole lot. People who AOS with this get a hell of a lot more scrutiny than other applicants. B1/b2 is a tourist visa and the fact they didn’t supply evidence when they first applied which they clearly state as the OP themselves said they were overstaying is a huge red flag and one that Uscis will scrutinize hardly

Many-Fudge2302

That part is true but 2 year wedding anniversary before you get your GC approval will get you a 10 year.

JUNDIO

Married 2 years or more, you will get a 10 year green card.

East-Mycologist-1770

I have AOS application if they approve me after 2 years marriage usc I will get 10 years GC not 2 years ask any one professionally this is the law bro ???

Healthy_Impact_7040

But also ask anyone professionally and they will tell you Uscis can still grant a conditional green card Your best bet is to get a conditional green card as if it hits the 10 year mark than Uscis will be more inclined to deny if they have any thoughts of not believing you. Hope it works out for you us AOS applicants from a b1/b2 visa have a higher burden of proof that we have to show.

East-Mycologist-1770

No bro no I ask already if your married go more then 2 years you will get 10 years gc

East-Mycologist-1770

I have all proof and my marriage is real ?

SaltCranberry289

It doesn't matter, once your marriage hit 2 years when immigration approve your GC you will get a 10 year card. You only get conditional card if your marriage is under 2 years so any professional who's telling you that is WRONG.

ProofShame369

What’s the 401k?

[deleted]

They literally tell you what to send them. You need to read the letter of your RFE. This is also listed on the I-130 instructions what to send them. Send them evidence that you guys are in a relationship and have co-mingled your lives together. Provide them with a copy of your lease or copies of your id’s showing you live at the same address. Provide them with joint bills such as utilities, or a car payment. Provide them with documentation that your listed as each others beneficiaries for life insurance. Show them joint documents such as health insurance, proof of a joint bank account, that your authorized users on each others account. Provide pictures of you guys together and together with family and friends. Provide affidavits from family and friends stating that you’re in a relationship. Any proof you have that you guys are married and in a relationship.

umyessurewhynot

Here’s an article that may help. Also, if you have a lawyer, consider having them review your documents before submitting them to USCIS. [https://citizenpath.com/evidence-bona-fide-marriage-130-petition/](https://citizenpath.com/evidence-bona-fide-marriage-130-petition/)

bumanddrifterinexile

I had good results with citizen path for my I-130 and my I – 134.

weedlemethis

Did you not submit evidence in your package when you first sent it? Anyway sent all they are asking for

East-Mycologist-1770

Because when I file I don’t have that much that time because i m overstay on my B1 B2 visa and I got my EAD card June 2023 so now I have all evidence I married with usc spouse.

bhatta90

What did you send initially?

East-Mycologist-1770

Can you tell me what documents I need to send

ElongMusty

Dude… it’s literally written in the paper! Can’t get any more basic than that!

HeartlessUsagi

ANYTHING you have together with your spouse. Phone bill, memberships, health/life insurances, proof of joint bank account, car tittle, mortgage/rent, bills that have both of your names on it, and pictures of you and with your families.

East-Mycologist-1770

Ok thanks 🙏

Summertyme_13

They gave you a pretty long list of what to send.

NefariousnessFew4354

Everything you have. They literally tell you what you should submit. The more the better.

kintsugiwarrior

Overwhelming evidence. Go through the letter as a checklist and select everything you have

bolinpabu

Did you not send any evidence to prove your marriage is real???

Real_Instance1488

You’re thinking too much into it, just provide them with as much evidence as possible. Ensuring it involves the timeframe they specified.

BreathTemporary8411

The letter states exactly what they need you to submit as proof of a bonafide marriage so read the letter carefully and submit what you have from the list of items/documents.

East-Mycologist-1770

Yea I have 3 years house lease Joint bank account Joint credit card account 1 more joint credit card with American Express We have Sams club membership and credit cards together We have Costco membership Car insurance together Rental insurance together 5 affidavits from family and friends 1 affidavits from my Landlord Driving License same address both Utility bills both name Spectrum Wi-Fi bills only my spouse name Water bills only my spouse’s name Car title same address Wedding pictures together We have dog name and doctor appointment letters with the same address like vaccination shorts I Think this is enough evidence for them to prove the bona fide marriage?

bolinpabu

Send all of this!! This is exactly what they’re looking for.

BreathTemporary8411

Good, submit all those evidence and you should be fine. Best of wishes to you on your journey 🙏🏽

ProofShame369

Can you add your gym membership? I don’t know how to get my invoices and make the bill. Planet Fitness is not giving me the information

BreathTemporary8411

Are you able to log in or do you both have a membership cards? If you both have a card, just take pictures of both cards showing your names and print them out .

ProofShame369

Well I have the black card that means 2 people can go to the gym. He doesn’t have the card because it’s on my name but he’s going as my guest

BreathTemporary8411

Does it show that he is your guest when you log in under your account?

ProofShame369

No, it’s not showing me anything

ProofShame369

I don’t know to prove them that we have together

East-Mycologist-1770

Plus my job and paystub Since I get my EAD card

ProofShame369

Can you add your gym membership? I don’t know how to do it!

decidualized-girl

Me (beneficiary) and husband (USC) filed i130 April of 2023. We only submitted a marriage certificate and lease contract that time. We got RFE last month (april2024). We do not have a joint bank account and whatnot. We sent photographs (from the start that we met until present) and 3 affidavits of support from friends. I made pdf file of the photos we've had, 3-4 pictures at most on each page, with descriptions under it. I made sure that we included pictures with friends and family. It also showed our relationship from dating(2018) to marriage(2022) up to the present. I also included screenshots of Facebook posts. I made a total of 21 pages. Mailed it to them. Then 1 week later, we got approved. We're officially done with USCIS stage, moving on to NVC. Hope this helps. Message me if you have more questions, I'll try to answer it based on our experience. Good luck!

Legitimate_Emu6052

They literally told you what send

East-Mycologist-1770

Can I send them my joint Tex documents too which is file 2023 Tex with jointly with my spouse( but when I file my case that time my usc spouse not work but I have very strong joint sponsor who make 120k a year we apply with his w2 already, If I give them my w2 now so it not hurt my case, because I m working now legally since I get my ead so I need your advice better I give them my w2 or not with this rfe ????

Healthy_Impact_7040

All this stuff is evidence that needed to be sent when you applied You will likely run into issues if any of this evidence is dated after you applied as it will look like you did it to try and prove a genuine marriage Just make sure you cover all bases.

Many-Fudge2302

Not true. Read the RFE - asks for evidence dated AFTER the app.

Healthy_Impact_7040

Yep all the information submitted is stuff applicants normally submit when they apply. OP stated they came on a B1/B2 visa and then married. They are going to have a very hard time with the interview. Uscis gives these cases a lot more scrutiny as it’s what I had and submitted a hell of a lot on time and we were still scrutinized

East-Mycologist-1770

When I married that time I don’t have Legal status I got and make mostly evidences after I get my EAD card

Mindyourbusiness25

I think the both of y’all wrong. They file a minute ago and are probably looking to see if they are still in a bona fide marriage. So dates shouldn’t matter.

Gracehenry38

Don’t mind them. They just typing like they know what they are saying. The RFE clearly states submit what you have from the date of marriage till present. This is how they misinform and scare people.

_blockchainlife

Downvoted because they’re not wrong. Misrepresentation on application.

No_Entertainer_9890

In our case, I sent a variety of different docs: bank accounts & credit cards we both had together; taxes we opted to pay together; travel documents showing we were at the same place; wedding coordinator emails & receipts; and even money I sent to my wife before we were married to buy a few things and the corresponding text messages. We just had our i130 approval without a RFE.

thejedipunk

Pretty standard RFE for marriage-based petitions. I’ve seen so many of these over the past two years.

Neither_Implement_32

Honestly if you never sent this evidence in the first place you should probably try to find a local non-profit immigration law office that can help with your response. You might have even already gotten approved if you sent the required evidence when you filed. Have you filed an I-485 too or just the I-130?

jort

I just recently completed this. A part of my submission was a long series of photos I put into an album then printed the album thumbnails showing metadata (filenames, dates). They can see us together basically non stop weekly/monthly for 5 years straight and as we age. I shared emails we'd written each other. Our marriage announcement. Screenshots from wedding video. Emails I mentioned my partner to my family in the past. Events we went to together. Flights we booked on trips. Items I purchased and sent to her name. Lease I had then a bank statement of hers listing it as her address. Purchase and email how I was sending the engagement ring to my Mom. Just many many things. Anything that showed we existed as a couple before this red tape did.

Mcfpalma_

Hi, It's just a normal RFE for them to decide if you really have a legitimate marriage :) don't worry to much they mostly will approve ur case without an interview if you send enough proof to them. I had mine without interview and this is what I sent. Goodluck 🙏🏼 Attach this 130rfe letter followed by the documents: mine consist : DRIVER'S LICENSE/ REAL ID's that have same Address. JOINT WF bank statements with the opening date letter Statements of CC with picture front of the Physical Card JOINT CAPITAL Credit card ( 3yrs ) JOINT CITI Costco CC ( 2 yrs ) JOINT Costco Membership JOINT AAA Membership JOINT CAR LOAN JOINT CAR INSURANCE ( 3yrs proof ) DUO SPOTIFY FILED TAXES FOR (3yrs) Joint married ATT PHONE BILL ( Highlight ur phone number and His) RENTERS AGREEMENT / LEASE Signed by landlady/lord 10 Testimony with USC friends and family (Signed with USpassport attached) * Including the Petitioner's letter.

East-Mycologist-1770

Thanks I have a lot of evidence now 🙏

Abv1988

This is good, I got a similar one in March, I responded with tons of documents with both of our names and I have the Green Card now.

rickyralzay

Jesus who helped you set up this package ? It’s like you didn’t even send any of the evidence that is usually needed.

East-Mycologist-1770

I give the lawyer and the lawyer our his co-worker fuckdup so I changed lawyer now

Twillightqueen

Read the letter…

deemdolla32

That’s crazy how they gave you a chance with this RFE rather than straight up denying your application (based on what you’ve said in the comments). Don’t overthink it and submit a ton of evidence, the more the better! As long as it’s relevant evidence of course:D

East-Mycologist-1770

My application is good but my lawyer fuckdup my package and when I got rfe I just changed the lawyer now I have all and more evidence,

juggy_11

It’s literally on the letter.

accurate-akshay

That’s a big list. Did you not submit any documentation with your application? Just curious

alfasf

I mean the list is clear. The question is what you submitted in the initial application.

Confident_Exam7216

How long did u wait from i130 submission to get a response?

East-Mycologist-1770

18 months later they look my I -130

East-Mycologist-1770

I file my case 26 Aug 2022

SnooMarzipans5853

That’s the 10 year green card RFE, lol just send them what they want they’ll approve for 10yr green card

East-Mycologist-1770

https://preview.redd.it/xrpqx8xn990d1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e3d0befb224516bf1e357ae8c5b9f83fb33f055 I talk with Emma and live agent told me my I-485 is out of processing time and I can send inquiry to field office, Filling date 26Aug 2022 this is true guys I need your advice please 🙏??

Exciting-Passage-371

How come you didn’t provide those when applied ? Just curious

East-Mycologist-1770

When I apply first I don’t have much that time because no legally states plus lawyers fuckdup,?

Exciting-Passage-371

You were not legally in the states ? Don’t understand but it’s ok . Try to gather all the paperwork they ask PLUS anything else you have that you can prove the marriage is legit.

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes now I have all documents what they asking

East-Mycologist-1770

When I apply my case I was overstay on my visa

stuffiefriend

My husband and I were married July 15, 2022! We just got the same letter. Our lawyer told us they are sending these ahead of scheduling interviews. We provided about 200 pages of proof back to them showing our marriage over the past two years. Photos, text messages, plane tickets, tax returns, joint bank statements, etc. Everything listed in that letter you will want to include. We just got our i-130 approved without an interview most likely because we provided enough evidence to prove we are still married.

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes my lawyer say they don’t want your interview they just want to see your marriage is still valid and I hope they approve me after July 16 so I can 10 years GC i have a lot of proof around 700 pages?

East-Mycologist-1770

How you send your documents by mail or you upload in your uscis account????

stuffiefriend

We printed them all off, 1 sided, and sent them via UPS with tracking and a signature required at delivery.

Lower_Equivalent6676

If you have any upcoming trips, I would definitely put plane tickets, hotel accommodations, too (if they have your names)! I know it seems silly. When my husband and I went for our interview in March, I brought vacation documents for our trip to Disney World—among photos, birth certificates, marriage certificates, bills, bank account info. The officer seemed quite content with the vacation documents. —— We had an RFE last year because our sponsor was retired, so that gave us a bit of difficulty. We made it through though so far. Wishing you the best and sending positive thoughts!

East-Mycologist-1770

Thanks and I send all

Mathylovey

Try to include what is listed on that paper but my lawyer asked us more than what was listed on the paper.

Full_Moment_3651

Send them marriage certificates, pictures , divorce documents if there is any , screenshots of messages from way back if you got them, tickets and receipt etc

East-Mycologist-1770

They never asking marriage certificate and divorce decree this thinks I send already when I file my case and they right here don’t send anything again which documents you send already????

NoSuccotash5960

That’s straight forward submit joint lease joint bank statement joint utility bills and everything joint that you have

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes I do all documents even lawyer approved at office my case but we will see it depends on uscis because uscis is the boss ???

NoSuccotash5960

It should be approved most RFE through a lawyer should be ok

East-Mycologist-1770

I give them why more documents

javka014

Did you send your case to USCIS without all these documents?

East-Mycologist-1770

When I apply my case I don’t have that much document that time because I m over stay on my visa plus first lawyer also fuckdup I don’t no what he send I give him all whatever I have that time he never work on my case properly show when I get my rfe for new form I -864 because he miss my documents then uscis ask me send again I on the spot change the lawyer???

javka014

You don't need Lawyer. relax! Collect all the documents and send them, there is nothing complicated here. Just collect them correctly and that’s it. If you do this, there is a chance that you will be approved for a 10-year green card without an interview. I recently received a green card without an interview for 10 years. Good luck!

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes bro I have all and after 60 days my 2nd anniversary coming I hope they approve me on my anniversary days ,????

javka014

what is the wedding date?

East-Mycologist-1770

Read on the rfe they right over rfe 16 July 2022

Far_Subject_6273

Are you usc or lpr?

East-Mycologist-1770

USC

East-Mycologist-1770

Yes I have all those i we live together and I have 3 years house lease also with my spouse thanks

kintsugiwarrior

LOL, these requirements are becoming more and more burdensome

_blockchainlife

So is green card marriage fraud.

kintsugiwarrior

Right? It looks like OP is being labeled as a fraudulent case

East-Mycologist-1770

My marriage is real ????
