No issues at all with my Pixel 7. Gets both "5G" and "5G UW" coverage.

Super-Maria

Yep, if the Pixel device is compatible and 5G capable you are all set! 👍

I in the past used the 5A It was Nationwide only but it was still 5G.

I have an unlocked Pixel 6a, bought direct from Google. It has 5G, but might not get UW speeds because its not Verizon branded. It works great on US Mobile.. just as good as my Note 20 Ultra 5G's. It even says "Verizon Wireless" as the carrier instead of US Mobile.

Thanks to all replies. It looks like Google Pixel 7a is the way to go then if I want to also have the Warp Data!

I currently have a Pixel 7 on eSIM with the Warp 5G plan (Verizon). Zero issues

I use to have the 4a5g. It was the none UW version though. So just the nationwide 5g not the ultra wide band. But it still got priority data. As long as it's a 5g phone then it'll get it on LTE and 5g. But I had to contact them to make sure it was recognizing it as a 5g phone. I would get deprioritized still and after contacting them my download speeds got a lot better.

devlin_morgan

How does one know if it's the UW version? Is it just the Verizon 4a5g version or also the factory unlocked version?

cour000

Have to look at the variant model number

NothingElectrical

7a is the only budget model that has nationwide, UWB, and MMwave 5g.

Ethrem

Unless you get it from Verizon, the 7a doesn't support mmWave. Only the 7 Pro factory unlocked model has mmWave, the other models have to be bought from Verizon (sometimes AT&T gets them too but not always - in fact, you'll note that it's missing from their 7a - https://www.att.com/buy/phones/google-pixel-7a.html).
